Fun place for the whole family - My kids and I had so much fun. The water is beautiful, the water park was fun for all ages. The staff were super friendly. Good and drinks included. People do walk around and try to sell stuff but my kids got to hold macaws and take pics. I was worried about the posts saying it was packed, there was only maybe 20 people there. I will definitely go back. Worth every penny.

This place was perfect! - This place was perfect! It was easy to get to via taxi and large enough to spend all day there. Our host, Joel, was the best. He helped us to our table and get our wristbands when there was a slight mistake all while getting to know us! Our waiters, Teo & Benny were amazing. They were always there when we needed them. The food was good and mariachi was fantastic!! Water was perfect and water park was hard but fun. Kayaks are a must too. Thank you everyone!!

Great Adventure! - Wonderful park, great food, friendly staff, very clean beach and park. Everyone had a super time. Good variety of food. Wait staff was patient and worked very hard. Plenty of room for the entire family.

Worth the price - My teenage daughters enjoyed themselves! Super cheap! Highly recommend! Start early to enjoy the park and beautiful beach

Mr Burton....great movie but don't visit Miranda Events - Enjoyed the movie Mr Burton. Got there early with my e gift card. Unfortunately the staff were not particularly interested in helping me sort the transfer from card to account but that's OK I sorted it out with the app. Cinema 4 was very dark; could barely see where to put my feet and no ushers but I managed to turn my torch on to find the way. Helped a lot of other people who were also having similar problems....where are the ushers mid week? This is dangerous. Same problem at the end of the session....badly lit with just a few step lights. Thought I would bring it to the attention of the management at the lolly counter and checkout. Unfortunately they were on the phone and looked like they would be there for the rest of the afternoon. Can recommend the movie but not the movie house. Denise

Fun - Mr Sanchos is always fun, but they need more inflatables. Waitstaff is always great. The bees were annoying.

Horrible! - We got the resort and they wouldn't let us in even though we had.reservations booked months in advance. They said they were too full and refused to go or our reservation and told us to deal with viator for a refund. Not impressed at all.

Bad business practices - We purchases the aquatic park which included "park entrance," but we're told it was closed when we arrivec. However, we were offered to pay $69 pp to enter. What is includes "patk entrance" mean? He said his phone has the full information. His phone!!!
I did not get a single notification it was closed, but I was supposed to have been aware of the manager's phone content.
I would have never paid $40 for taxis to a closed activity. He said ask for a refund, knowing refunds are not allowed the day of the tour. If I had the information that it was closed 24 hours in advance, I could have planned something else. Instead, kids and I left in tears. Bad business practice, bottom line.

You’re prey, not a guest! - Our reservation was not honored and the staff was incredibly unsympathetic and condescending because we refused to upgrade to the all-inclusive package. It wasn’t even about the money and more about not being swindled by the ridiculously obvious bullying tactics. Stay far away!!! We ended up going to Tortugas Beach Club and had a blast!
