nice experience!! - Our catamaran trip to Isla Mujeres was amazing. The crew was friendly and attentive, making us feel at home. The boat was comfortable with beautiful views of the Caribbean. Snorkeling among corals and tropical fish was the highlight, and the fresh seafood lunch was delicious. The sunset at the end made it the perfect day. Highly recommend this experience! We'll definitely be back!

Amazing trip - Went on a catamaran tour to Isla Mujeres on October 5th with Travel Cancun Experts, and honestly, it was such a fun day. We started around 10 AM, met up at this marina next to the Temptation Hotel, and hopped on the catamaran. First stop was snorkeling, and wow, the water was this unreal turquoise color, so clear. After that, we went to a beach club where we had a buffet lunch (so good) and just chilled on these comfy loungers, with a DJ playing great music. Got some free time to explore Isla Mujeres, grabbed a few souvenirs, and then headed back. The crew was amazing and super fun, always bringing us drinks, just making sure everyone had a good time. And the catamaran had shade and comfy seats, which was a big plus. Honestly, such a great vibe, would definitely do it again with them.

Great day - I had a really great time on the catamaran tour to Isla Mujeres. The crew was friendly and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. The snorkeling was a lot of fun, and we got to see some beautiful marine life. After that, we spent time at a nice beach club where we had a buffet lunch. The food was good, and there were comfortable loungers to relax on. We started the tour at 10 AM, and the whole day was well-organized and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend this tour for anyone looking for a nice day out on the water.

Tour snorkel catamaran!! - I had such a great day on the catamaran tour to Isla Mujeres! The crew was super friendly and made the whole trip feel special. We got to do some snorkeling, and it was amazing seeing all the colorful fish and clear water. After that, we went to a beach club where we had a buffet lunch. The food was really good, and it was just so nice to chill on the loungers and enjoy the view. Honestly, everything went really smoothly, and it was just a perfect way to spend the day. Would totally recommend it if you’re looking for a mix of fun and relaxation.

Disappointing - Positives were friendly staff and a beautiful sunset, and it was indeed a catamaran. Every other aspect was disappointing starting with terrible organisation and lack of communication. Our snorkeling was cancelled, not blaming the operator for this as it was due to hurricane Milton, however they should have told us beforehand as we may have declined to come given the reef tax payment doubles the cost of this trip, or ideally rescheduled. Stop one lunch was ok but in a very run down area and calling the few dusty sun loungers on a scrap of sand a beach club is a joke - we were given 1 hour 20 there but the only activities were an ice bar and fish spa (at additional cost and not for me anyway). The stop at isla Mujeres downtown felt like throwing us to the wolves, so many pushy sales people we felt so uncomfortable we just found a beach bar close to the dock and waited the two hours until we could leave, paying for expensive drinks and use of a bed. Other guests clearly felt the same as at both stops most were waiting on the dock for a good 15 mins before the allotted time, all keen to get back on the boat early. Overall we'd probably have had a better day at our hotel where the beaches are nicer than any we saw that day, and we felt the overall cost was far too high

Nothing to recommend but to look for another agency - Find another company. Nothing's how they tell you. I think my bowel problem comes from that thing they gave us for lunch and nobody could finish

tourist trap and scam - Open bar includes beer and rum with some soda. Lunch was only old , dry bun with 0.5 mm one slice of ham in brown paper bag. Not like they show on the picture. Snorkeling was 15 minutes with about 50 not experienced people making noise, splashing water and hitting other people with fins and hands. Of course all the fish was gone. This was the worst experience in my life and safety hazard. On island they bring you to the store with tequila where you can use the washroom. For everything else you have to pay..... umbrellas, chairs, water and other washrooms.

Not worth it. - We booked this trip for snorkeling. Paid the extra 90 for dock fee. Bought a waterproof phone case at the pier they recommended for snorkeling which was 30 bucks. Got on the boat and sailed away just to find out there was no snorkeling happening that day. We should have been told this prior to sailing away. So it was about 300 US dollars to not snorkel at all. I would not recommend this trip. The boat staff was very nice but we were never told we wouldn’t be snorkeling.
