Great tour, must do! - We booked this tour looking for something easy that would give us a glimpse of Cozumel in our short time there. This tour was great, Alex our guide was amazing such a sweet funny person. He was very thoughtful informative and when a component ran a bit long made sure we had time to finish up the last component. We enjoyed his humor the interstate and the lessons learned. Should love to do again.!

Fun experience - We were very excited that the trolley was super comfortable and air-conditioned. Stops were great. I was traveling with two granddaughters age 12 and 10 and they both loved it. Also, I travel with a Rollator and POC and they were extremely accommodating. Asael was a great guide with lots of stories and information and Francisco was a wonderful driver! We had a perfect day with them.

Pleasant surprise loved it. - This was more than I expected. The bus was climate controlled and they made accommodations for seniors. Alejandro the guide was amazing! This guy remembered all of our names. He was respectful, courteous and informative. The driver Victor was nice and accommodating. Loved this and would book with them again.

Get to know Cozumel with some fun - This tour is a good introduction into the different areas of Cozumel along much history of the island. Tour guide and driver are both very helpful and knowledgeable. They provided several stops for us to get out and explore.

Nice way to experience Cozumel history - This tour was with Celebrity Cruise line shore excursions. First: when you embark the ship; beware of the aggressive shop vendors in the port. Don't touch the merchandise unless you intend to buy it. Second: there are a few restaurants in the port area that have the traditional Mexican favorites. Third: the city/walking/shopping tour of Cozumel was fun and informative. Hats off to our tour guide, Irza(Ezra?) who was very informative about the history of Cozumel. The tour stopped at some very nice shopping areas that were not too expensive. The shops had some nicer souvenirs and jewelry than the port area. We visited in April which was hotter in temperature than I expected. At the end of the tour, we came to a large city plaza where you can shop or walk around at your leisure for a while until it is time to head back to the ship (close to an hour). We asked the tour guide for a small restaurant to sit down, cool off, and get some drinks. He took us to an off the path small authentic Mexican restaurant called Ambar Restaurante. Very nice place to sit and catch your breath while you rest. Beware the prices are in Mexican currency on the menu, but American currency is accepted. The prices were very reasonable, but if uncertain of the currency exchange, ask the restaurant personnel who are very nice and personable. All in all, a nice way to visit Cozumel in a short time frame.

Choose your options before you reserve. Better to find one after you land there. - Need to improve visiting place. Nothing exciting to see. A church, a temple?! Don’t care. Seems like Guide did not have much knowledge. Did a better place to go and did not see a beach at all. If some need to go don’t make reservations through website-instead there are so many tours after you board for less than half a price.

Other than the tequila... - Other than the tequila tasting most of the tour was quite boring. Could have done the same trip in a taxi in a few minutes.

Worthless tour - Went to a Rocky beach…nothing there Went to a crappie shopping area…nothing there Went to tequila tasting…o.k. Then back to ship Not much of a tour of the city

Arrived by ship, they... - Arrived by ship, they told us we had to turn left at pier, but they didn't know what pier we arrived at. Walked left a mile or so, realized we were going the wrong way. Then had to get a cab. Turns out we needed a cab both directions, which they didn't tell us.

Terrible - Took Cozumel by Trolley Tour via Trip Advisor. The guide was disengaged and when I asked a question at 1st stop I swear she rolled her eyes. No history was given and the stopping points were definitely set up with restaurants and shops to feed their businesses.. we left early and walked back to ship - don’t waste your money like I did
