Wonderful time...FUN with an edge - We met Gotu and realized we were in the hands of a super hero so our expectations were high. Loads of fun. It was me and my sister and we are in our 50s. We had a blast on the ATVs. We jumped in the cenote. Gotu was a wealth of fun acts about the cenote and the ruins. We then enjoyed a lesson in tequila with an excellent tasting.

Lots of Confusion!! - When we arrived we were told we had to pay $40 more. We’d payed in full through Viator and have never had this happen. Be sure to bring cash to tip your guide, tequila teacher and chocolate teacher. The tour began late due to confusion with time zones. The ship wanted us to stay on EST but Cozumel is CTZ. We ended up being late for our ship! We were supposed to swim at the cenote but the water was too dirty from hurricanes 9 months ago along with bat droppings. ATVs and tequila tasting was super fun. Our tour guide drank lots of alcohol during the tour.

Mixed Experience – Great Guide, But Poor Communication & Refund Handling - Initially, it was a bit tricky locating the tour reps as there was no booth—just two people standing around. Eventually, I found them and handed over the $20 USD tax to visit Mayan land. Two other ladies who joined me last-minute were accommodated, which I appreciated. However, we were soon informed that we wouldn’t be visiting the Cenote or the Mayan ruins, as they were unexpectedly closed by the local Mayans. This was a major highlight for me, and I requested a refund. Instead, they offered a replacement jeep tour for the three of us. While we accepted, I asked for a refund of the $20 since we were no longer entering Mayan land—I'd paid $79 USD, while the other two paid $67 USD each. Unfortunately, the rep refused and handled the situation quite rudely. I chose not to escalate it on-site, but the interaction left a sour taste. That said, our driver Hugo was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make the rest of the experience enjoyable. The tequila tasting with Cezar was also a highlight—truly well done. Overall: Hugo and the jeep tour saved the day, but the lack of transparency, poor customer service at the start, and the refund issue make it unlikely I’d book with this company again.

They did not show and never responded. - The night before the excursion, they had no problem, communicating answering questions. The day of it is pouring rain. We went to the pick up spot. They never showed and never responded. I wasted $50 in taxi to get there. They have still never responded. I am waiting on my refund now.
