- Our buses have a seating capacity of up to 63 passengers. Please be aware that we do not always travel at full capacity, ensuring a comfortable experience for everyone on board.
- Backpacks are not allowed inside Chichen Itza by official regulations of the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH in Spanish).
- We will refuse access to the activity on signs of intoxication. Booking will be canceled with no right to refund.
- Minimum drinking age is 18 years.
- Children under four years old and with a maximum height of 100 cm, not using a seat, have free entrance.
- For Tulum Customers: If your location is outside of downtown Tulum, please note that our designated meeting point is the “Super Aki Supermarket.” You are responsible for arranging your transportation to reach this meeting point.
- Please take care of your belongings during the tour. We are not responsible for items left behind on our vehicles or at our facilities. If you recover a lost item, there will be a fee of 500 to 700 Mexican Pesos to cover delivery to your hotel in Cancún. For other locations, you will need to pick up your items at our office. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping your belongings safe.

Great Adventure in Chichen Itza with the family! - Touring Chichen Itza, the cenote and Valladolid with Tourballoon Travel was a fantastic experience for my family and me! We were picked up from our hotel in the Riviera Maya at around 8 a.m. in a clean, air-conditioned bus and returned before 8 p.m. Our bus driver, ensured a smooth and safe journey to each destination.
Our guide Miguel, was engaging and humorous, sharing fascinating insights about each stop, Mayan history and culture. The tour group was small, with less than 50 people, making it easy to follow along and enjoy. We got a clear overview of the itinerary, drive times and how long we would stay at each stop, which was very helpful.
We highly recommend this agency and can't wait to explore more of their tours next time we're in the area. Thank you for making this a highlight of our visit to Mexico!

Chichen Itza from Cancun, smooth and spectacular! - We had an awesome experience! Our tour guide Lilly was super knowledgeable, patient and friendly. The ride was smooth and enjoyable and I really appreciate them using the new toll road to get us there faster. I didn't realize how far we were going, but they planned it perfectly, so the ride back wasn't too long. We got some fantastic pictures, and the tour was offered in both, English and Spanish. We returned right on time, and they even reminded us about the time difference when crossing between states. The cenote was absolutely beautiful. It was great to live the experience of Chichen Itza with Tourballoon Travel!

Discovering Cancun's Best! - My wife and I had and amazing time! Our primary guide, Carlos, was super informative and entertained us throughout the journey. Chichen Itza was incredible, and we loved every moment. After the pyramid tour, we visited the Cenote, which was also a fantastic experience. The town of Valladolid was charming, and the sport where we dropped off was relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to experience the local culture and have a memorable adventure.

Chichen Itza off my bucket list! - I've always wanted to see Chichen Itza, and it did not disappoint. Carlos, our guide, did and amazing job of sharing his knowledge and looking after all of the visitors. Santiago was a fantastic driver, handling the changing weather conditions with ease. Swimming in the cenote Xcajum was a highlight, even though, it wasn't something I initially planned to do. Totally worth it! Tourballoon Travel Experiences kept me well informed before the trip, ensuring I was prepared for the day. Thanks for helping me check something off my bucket list. I had the best day ever!

First Time Cancun Must-Do!!! - This was one of the best experiences I've had while traveling! If you're visiting Cancun for the first time and unsure what to do or which vendors to trust, this is the tour for you. Highly recommend it! The bus that pick you up is super comfortable and spotless. You can bring extra clothing, a backpack, sandals and some snacks. Chichen Itza was absolutely amazing ,and the cenote was really fun. Carlos was an outstanding guide throughout the whole experience. I can't recommend this tour enough!

Dear tour kickoff! Chichen Itza - Xcajum Adventure! - We wanted to kick off our activities with this tour since it was a dream come true for us. From start to finish, we knew we made the right choice. Hugo and Santiago were fantastic! Hugo kept us laughing and shared so many interesting facts about Chichen Itza. The bus rides were comfortable, smooth and efficient. Hugo, our tour guide, made this trip even better than my first visit. Definitely go with a tour guide, you learn so much!

Historical & fun - Excursion was excellent from start to finish, transfers went smoothly air conditioned the coach driver lilo was very pleasant indeed -the breakfast box was very good a nice touch when leaving so early in morning our tour guide Hulio was brilliant very informative and funny nothing was too much trouble the visit to mayan village was very interesting even being blessed by the shaman, cenote swim was excellent also the Mexican buffet lunch we didn't feel rushed atoll and our ticket included everything no extras to pay , chichen - itza was fabulous our guide was very good at answering every question on the history , it was a long day however well worth the early start would highly recommend

All Inclusive, no extra taxes, fun, food and family!!! - We had a fantastic time exploring Chichen Itza and enjoying delicious Mayan food. Our 8 and 9 year old kids were excited the whole day! I can't leave out our fantastic guide, I bet no AI could replace him. I'm IT engineer and I say this honestly Lol!
We got to swim in the beautiful Xcajum cenote and even tried some zip lining. Communication was great before and during the trip. We felt safe and well taken care of the whole time.
We definitely recommend this full day trip if you want a real taste of Mayan culture!

Laughs, Learning and Legendary Tales! - Our party had an amazing time at Chichen Itza with Miguel as our tour guide. He had a great sense of humor, making the tour both informative and entertaining. Miguel's deep knowledge of the site's history and importance made the ancient ruins come alive. His passion for sharing stories and creating a fun atmosphere made this tour truly memorable. I highly recommend Miguel to anyone looking for an engaging and knowledgeable guide at Chichen Itza!

Upsetting - I enjoy the tour but I have a few complaints. First of all I booked my tour with an English speaker and they spoke Spanish 90 percent of the time. They also stopped using the microphone when it was drop off time. I didn’t hear the tour guide say our stop. So I missed it . They handed me bus money and told me to take bus back to our hotel. I find that unacceptable . I paid for pick up and drop off at my hotel. I felt unsafe where they had us get out. We ended up taking a taxi back that cost us 500 pesos.
