From the beginning, communication via WhatsApp was prompt, clear, and helpful — everything ran right on time. A special thank-you to David and Captain Alan, who went above and beyond to accommodate our family. Our daughter gets seasick easily, and they were incredibly attentive, making sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. Their kindness and care truly made a difference. The entire team was so ready to serve, share, laugh, and teach us — we learned so much about the local flora, fauna, marine life, and nearby towns. It felt like more than a tour; it was a rich, personal, and joyful experience. And we must mention the ceviche — it was the jewel of the trip! Perfect day out on the water - Our trip was great from start to finish! Our guides were great, Willy was very informative, very patient and they asked often if we were good and what we wanted to do. Fishing was awesome, stopped at chill beach Cabo Catoche for lunch where they prepared the best ceviche we ever had! On our way back we saw dolphins. Willy was nice to share pictures of our trip. Highly recommend

A MUST experience!! Fun, beautiful and delicious ceviche - Gustavo and Pablo were absolutely wonderful! They were friendly, accommodating and very well prepared for a great boat day! The ceviche they made on the boat, is the best on the island! They picked us up on the beach side of holbox and were very easy to find. The boat is very clean and comfortable and is better in person than in pictures. This is a must! the best part of our holbox trip.

Definitely recommend! - We booked this tour as part of our family trip to Holbox. Two adults and two older teenagers, and all really enjoyed it. Our son especially enjoyed the fishing and ceviche, oyr daughter especially loved the snorkeling and photos, dad especially loved the boat ride, and mom loved it all. Our guide Eric spoke good English and taught us so much about local culture and the island; our captain did speak speak much English, but both were excellent regardless. I definitely recommend!

BOOK IT NOW - Eddy and Eric were fantastic! They took great care of us and our two children. It was a highlight of our trip -- the ceviche was the best we have EVER had. We also caught lots of fish, Eddy and Eric were very attentive to our children and making sure they had the experience of catching the fish. Cabo Catoche had the most beautiful untouched beaches we have ever seen. The tour was early which we loved -- there was no one out at the beautiful spots they took us. 100% recommend and we will go again!

Cabo Catoche Fishing - We really enjoyed our tour with Eddy. Captain and Eddie showed us how to line fish and caught us the perfect amount of fish for a delicious ceviche. We got to relax and enjoy our ceviche lunch at a nice quiet part of the beach at Cabo Catoche. The day was perfect. I would definitely recommend!! Gracias Eddy y Capitan!!

Perfect day - We had such a wonderful day on our Cabo Catoche tour! Eddie and Eric were such great guides who took great care of us from telling stories and history of the area, preparing the best ceviche we’ve ever had, and bringing us to a very special beach spot to relax and enjoy the sun and water. Our group caught 20 fish! We had such a great time and I would recommend Eddie and Eric (brothers!) for any Holbox trip. Thank you!

Highlight of our Family Trip!!! DO NOT MISS - This by far was the highlight of our trip. Gustavo helped us book this tour after our original tour was cancelled because whale sharks had not arrived yet. My nine year old daughter and I were disappointed that did not get to meet these magnificent creatures, but we were so happy that we could take a family trip all together with my husband and two year old son. Our tour guide Vicente took his time explaining everything not just to the adults but to our kids. This is something that we really appreciated because my kids were very interested in nature. On this fishing/snorkeling/relaxing trip we saw dolphins, turtles, fish, flamingos, all kinds of birds, and different kinds of vegetation. They thought about every little detail even having binoculars on board which my kids enjoyed so much. First we went fishing and everyone in my family caught something (even the two year old), then we went snorkeling and my daughter and I went first. Later my husband joined us since our toddler was happily napping on Vincent's arms! ;) Then we stopped at a virgin beach to eat some freshly made ceviche (from the fish we just caught) and swim. Finally we ended the tour bird watching and sailing back.. Our tour guide, Vicente, and our captain made this trip one of the best experiences we have had as a family. We can tell that they love their jobs.This is a memory that we will never forget and my kids continue to talk about. Thank you again to everyone!

Best tour operator on the island - Are whale shark tour was cancelled due to poor sea conditions and very few whale sharks (the migration seemed to be just starting). The tour operator was in contact with my husband via email many times before our tour to provide updates on the whale sharks, other date options, and other tour options. We waited until our last full day on the island and ended up on the Cabo Catoche tour. Our tour guide was Willy. He and the captain (and the captain's young daughter) were wonderful: their kindness, spirit, patience, enthusiasm, and knowledge. We enjoyed all aspects of the day including the light breakfast before leaving, boating, fishing, snorkeling, beach, estuary, and flamingos at the end. We really appreciated their environmental consciousness both in how they shared this knowledge and how it was practiced on the tour. I hope we go back to Holbox and, if we do, I will only book tours through VIP Holbox in the future. Thank you!
