We are a local and independent boutique tour service. Our goal is to maintain smaller to medium-sized groups for a more intimate and distinctive tour experience. This tour offers a secure rafting experience, ideal for those wishing to relish a tropical river adventure without traveling too far. The launch site is just a brief 30-minute journey from Quepos and Manuel Antonio.
The Upper Naranjo ‘Chorro’ section, a stunning mini canyon, serves as an excellent choice for rafting during the dry season (Dec. 15th - May 15th). The class 3 and 3+ rapids are perfect for all family members. In addition to rafting past jungle waterfalls, the canyon offers areas where you can gently float with your life vest in tranquil waters. If your adventurous spirit urges you, there’s an opportunity for cliff jumping from heights of 5, 10 and 15 feet.
Upon tour completion, we will provide a fruit snack, comprising pineapple, fruit juice, water, and cookies. The return drive is a mere 20-minute ride.
- What to bring: extra bottled water, sun block, water shoes or sneakers (Keens or Tevas work great, no flip flops), sun glasses and straps, swim suit, towel, change of clothes, a little money just in case, camera
- A minimum of 2 people per booking for the morning 7 am tour is required
- A minimum of 3 people per booking for the afternoon 12 pm tour is required
- A maximum of 15 people per booking
- Largest life jacket fits a size 52” chest
- Minimum age is 10

Rafting and BBQ - A great experience. Our personal safety was the utmost concern. We had an amazing time. Highly recommend! At the end of the driest season in memory, we had an amazing time on the river!! A must do!! When he recommends the BBQ restaurant, take him up on it. It was the best meal we had in CR.

Best experience during my trip in Costa Rica - This was my favorite part of the entire trip. Me and my boyfriend were lucky enough to be the only people so it was a very personal experience. Our tour guides were amazing. We could really tell how passionate and proud they were of their country because they were so excited to inform us about everything they could (wildlife, terrain, weather, culture). The rafting itself was just the most incredible experience ever. Mel told us when and how to paddle. It was bursts of intense rapids followed by serene floating which was perfect because it gave us the chance to take in the gorgeous views and identify nearby wildlife. It was a key experience that really put me in touch with nature. They drove us to and from our hotel, took awesome photos which we purchased, had snacks and fresh juice for after and even picked some fruit from a tree for us to eat. It was the first excursion we did in Costa Rica and nothing even compared to it. I truly can not wait to come back and do it again. Book this right now I promise you will not regret it.

Great rapids experience - Guides did a great job in taking us down the rapids and taking photos of us! The guides were experienced and did a good job teaching us the queues to be safe during the session 👍🏽

Amazing Rafting Trip in Costa Rica!!! - Could not have had a better rafting experience than with these guys. The rafting is super fun and the guys take good care of you with safety in mind. They are super friendly and its a great time. Just go!

Everything we hoped! - We’ve done whitewater tours in many places, but never had a more personal and intriguing experience than this one, including meeting Damian on his family farm. Mel and the other operators were awesome rafting guides and also made the transportation to and from the rapids memorable with good company and knowledge of Costa Rica. They made sure to stop for swimming and cliff jumping between rapids, which was relaxing and beautiful. I fully recommend them!

Absolute blast - The tour with Damian was a absolute blast. So much fun and joy in one day that I can’t almost put into words. Damian is very experienced and made this experience incredible joyful and safe. Afterwards we had food together and had interesting and good talks. I highly recommend this tour if you like rafting and a very experienced and funny guide!

Beautiful environment and challenge - We had previously gone rafting on the Sarapiqui River. That was a lot of fun, but we were still looking for a bit more of a challenge.
We ended up with Damian through someone and he recommended this trip to us. This trip was a lot of fun! Challenging, but doable for people who have only rafted a few times (or no experience, but have a good guide ;-) ). Along the way you can also jump off a number of cliffs, which was an extra. We were also able to spot a number of animals.
Our guide (Mel) kept us very entertained from pick-up to drop-off! What nice people!

Awesome experience with a very knowledgeable team - Great experience. My first time doing this and Damian and his team made it a memorable experience. Adrenaline and excitement for more than an hour in this boat and experience the water, falls and sun. Highly recommended.
