Fantastic White Water Rafting - Our tour guides Leandro and David were amazing! They took us on an action packed tour that included swimming and rock jumping. They were very knowledgeable and made the experience unforgettable!

Amazing Rafting trip! - A++. Our family came here in October and had the best time! Our river guides were AMAZING! Made our trip for our 11 year old boy so happy! After they provided lunch which was delicious!

Beginner friendly without being dull - Had a great time during the rafting, in a pretty glorious setting. It was an exciting experience, but we never felt out of our depth on in danger. As expected came back sodden, but were able to change clothes in the restaurant bathroom (where the buffet lunch was pretty good!)

Highly recommended - A group of us did white water rafting with the team. My 10y was very nervous at the beginning. The guide (Mona) was terrific. Made her feel very relaxed and comfortable. Then guided us through a series of Class III and IV rapids with expertise and precision. Loved it and most importantly my daughter was happy too.

Fun guide, good times! - We were picked up on time at our hotel by the enthusiastic guide, Nicolas and our safety, Orlando. Along with one other couple, we were transported to the Tucanes tour office and lunch site and loaded onto an open-air bus. From there we embarked on a one-hour trip up a winding road along the Naranjo River. Following our safety briefing, we dropped into the river and rode some exciting rapids - lots of chop in the swift, dam-less river. As part of the season, the river was mocha-colored with its banks covered in jungle forest. We were soaked immediately and worked through lots of lines for a fun trip. Towards the end, we stopped and visited a beautiful waterfall, then returned to the raft to continue on our 90-minute trip (or so). At the pull out, our driver had some fresh fruit and drinks prepared and we drove back into town, about 20 minutes away (past palm oil plantations). Lunch was included, and we had some cafeteria-style options with some delicious chicken and rice. Great trip, nice focus on safety, and plenty of opportunities to discuss eco-tourism with our guide.

Amazing adventure - The trip was amazing! Our guide blew us away with his knowledge of the river, environment and everything that we would have missed. He had tremendous skill at navigating the river and we felt safe and secure! We had a blast!

Great rafting river. Lot's of rapids - It was fun, but was disappointed we had an overly cautious guide who kept putting us on the floor of the boat during the rapids. However, I was probably the most experienced of the four of us in our raft, and he may have had a point. So--if you are an experienced rafter, don't have Orlando as your guide. If you've never rafted before, or only a time or two, then he's your guy! He will get you through safely and you will still have fun.
