• Manuel Antonio - Meet the certified tour guide and driver from Manuel’s Tours, and board the air-conditioned transfer van, taxi, or your own rental car. Relax and enjoy the scenic ride through the palm plantations, or take a refreshing nap during your full-day trip. The journey will head south via the Pacífica Fernández Oreamuno (the 34th) National Road to Sierpe de Osa, taking approximately 1:30 to 2:00 hours.

All pickups will occur 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Please ensure you are ready in the hotel lobby on time!

• Sierpe - Sierpe Town marks the start of our Osa Peninsula adventure. Enjoy a delicious breakfast, use the restroom facilities, fill your reusable water bottles, and meet our sister company tour guide who will assist with the Corcovado National Park logistics. Prepare for the second leg of our journey to visit Corcovado National Park.
• Sirena Ranger Station - Join us on a unique nature adventure to what National Geographic has described as the “most biologically intense place on Earth.”
  During this incredible full-day experience, you will embark on two separate hikes through wet and muddy rainforest trails (from early May to late December), rocky and sandy beach areas, old-growth primary and secondary forests, riverside trails, and an unused airstrip. Encounter coatis, anteaters, tapirs, four species of monkeys, wild peccaries, scarlet macaws, toucans, and possibly even pumas. This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for adventurous eco-travelers eager to explore and discover nature in a remote and uncrowded national park. Be prepared to start your day at 4:00 am and travel by land and sea before embarking on trails with varying difficulty levels to experience a ONE-DAY introduction to the wonders of the incredible Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica.
