• Sunshine Coast - The journey begins with pick-ups along the Sunshine Coast between 7:30 am and 8:30 am. From the stunning Noosa paradise, the adventure heads to Rainbow Beach, offering a picturesque country drive through the Noosa Hinterland and the Cooloola section of the Great Sandy National Park.
• Searys Creek - Before reaching Rainbow Beach, there will be a stop to admire the crystal-clear, sand-filtered freshwater creek in the Cooloola section of the Great Sandy National Park. Here, visitors can refresh themselves and possibly spot some local wildlife, such as the large long-finned eel.
• Carlo Sand Blow - A brief drive leads through the Rainbow Beach township to the ever-expanding Carlo Sandblow on its outskirts, also part of the Cooloola section of the Great Sandy National Park. This remarkable natural feature offers breathtaking views of the distant colored sands and Double Island Point.
• Rainbow Beach - After all the exploration, it’s time for lunch at the local Surf Club, where a meal is included. Diners can enjoy their lunch while overlooking the stunning Rainbow Beach with views of the distant colored sands. Post-lunch, there is ample free time to explore the Rainbow Beach shopping strip and its beautiful patrolled beach, where visitors can cool off between the flags if desired.
• Inskip Peninsula Recreation Area - No visit to Rainbow Beach is complete without a closer look at K’Gari (Fraser Island). The tour includes a drive to Inskip Point, the nearest mainland point to the island, offering views across the channel to K’Gari.
• Kia Ora - On the return journey, a stop at a craft brewery and farm provides an opportunity to relax with a refreshing drink and perhaps enjoy some live music on weekends.
• Noosa - The day concludes with another delightful country drive, dropping guests at their accommodation between 5-6 pm, just in time for dinner.
