Fun family day out! - We booked the morning session and it was perfect. Not too hot and not too chilly! Ferry itself was pretty relaxed and not super lengthy. The island was breathtaking! Beautiful walks/hikes & beaches! Definitely recommend :)

10/10 recommend. - I went by myself to take part in the snorkelling, it was an amazing experience. All staff were informative and the whole process was easy. Would definitely go back and do it again.

Enjoyable trip. Had a... - Enjoyable trip. Had a relaxing time on Fitzroy Island, there were lots of activities available. Saw a whale on the return trip which was a plus!

Relaxing in beautiful Fitzroy island - Tour operators offered excellent service, the ferry left on time both ways. Very professional, the island is very pretty, Nudy beach was a perfect place to relax and have a swim.

Perfect secluded beach! - Lovely National Park to visit. I did the short half day tour because of my schedule but would recommend longer if you have time. Nudey Beach is so pretty & secluded … a must see!

Boat ride to and from... - Boat ride to and from Fitzroy island. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The scenery to the island was amazing.

Poor Communication – Ruined My Day - Fitzroy Flyer had the worst communication I’ve experienced on a tour. My booking confirmation clearly showed a 2:00 pm return, but when I arrived at the island, I was told the boat had left at 12:00 pm. I never received a boarding pass or any email about the change. Staff blamed the booking app instead of taking responsibility and made me feel it was my fault.
In the end, I had to wait until the 5:00 pm ferry, which caused me to miss another tour I had already booked. To make matters worse, other guests who missed their ferry were accommodated on a different boat—but only because they were resort guests.
This lack of communication, accountability, and fairness completely ruined my day. I would not recommend Fitzroy Flyer. And viator contact was also useless as they never got back to me with a solution despite chatting over 1 hour.
