Daintree National Park - Explore Daintree National Park, part of the World Heritage Wet Tropics. Experience the rainforest up close on our guided elevated National Park Boardwalks. Your knowledgeable guide will lead you through this ancient rainforest, offering insights into the flora and fauna. You’ll have plenty of time for photos and questions as we search for the elusive, rare, and unique Southern Cassowary and other wildlife in this habitat.

Daintree Region - Enjoy a refreshing swim in a rainforest stream. Cool off in the crystal-clear fresh waters, away from the crowds, in the heart of the Daintree Rainforest.

Cape Tribulation Beach - Take a leisurely walk along the beach and boardwalk to the photographers’ platform, offering views of the mountains and coast where the ‘Rainforest meets the Reef.’

Cape Tribulation Beach - Savor a delicious lunch with fellow travelers. We accommodate special dietary needs, so please confirm with the tour operator before your trip.

Daintree Ice Cream Company - Delight in a homemade exotic ice cream made from ingredients grown on the property. Try unique flavors like Black Sapote, Wattle Seed, Jackfruit, and Coconut! (Signature ice cream cup included).

Great Barrier Reef Snorkelling

Reef Fleet Terminal - Check in at Reef Fleet Terminal between 7:15 am and 7:45 am. After checking in, head to the boat, Evolution. The friendly crew will welcome you, provide masks and snorkels, and offer arrival tea, coffee, and muffins before departure.

Great Barrier Reef - Evolution departs Cairns at 8 am with a safety briefing en route to the first reef location. After 1 hour and 30 minutes, you’ll arrive at either Saxon Reef or Norman Reef, depending on weather and water clarity, ensuring the best experience for all activities.

Great Barrier Reef - Enjoy a BBQ lunch onboard (special dietary needs catered for). The meal includes an Australian barbecue with fresh fish, steak, prawns, and a variety of salads and breads.

Hastings Reef - Evolution reaches the second reef location for more snorkeling and/or scuba diving. Be amazed by the incredible marine life diversity as you snorkel at another Outer Reef location. If you prefer to stay dry, relax and enjoy the views from our three deck spaces. For added adventure, choose the package with a 10-minute scenic helicopter flight to see the Great Barrier Reef from above!

Cairns Marlin Marina - As you return to the mainland after a day in paradise, enjoy complimentary afternoon tea with cheese, biscuits, and a glass of wine as you celebrate a fantastic day at the Great Barrier Reef. Evolution returns to Cairns at approximately 4:30 pm.

Over two days you will experience the World Heritage Daintree Rainforest and Cape Tribulation, where the rainforest meets the reef and explore two Outer Great Barrier Reef locations.

The Daintree Rainforest Tour is a small personalised tour with custom-built 4WD vehicles. Your naturalist driver-guide has extensive knowledge of flora, fauna, history of the area and aboriginal culture, which will ensure your day will be a memory of a lifetime.

The Outer Great Barrier Reef Tour has been locally owned and operated for over 30 years. Enjoy unlimited snorkelling over 5 hours, delicious BBQ lunch onboard and a free glass of wine for the journey home to Cairns.

• Please choose your Reef Tour as the first day of your booking. Once booked, please contact the tour operator once booked to choose your Rainforest Day.
• The tours do not need to be on consecutive days. Please speak to the tour operator once booked.
• The Rainforest Day will have a maximum of 20 passengers. The Reef Day will have a maximum of 160 passengers.
