Panoramic Quebec - Great overall view of Quebec. Got to see a lot of the city which we wouldn’t have been able to do on foot. Bus driver was very knowledgeable.

Daniel is your go to guide - We had Daniel as our bus driver and tour guide. It was a very informative tour with some fun humour along the way! The transportation was very clean and comfortable. We were driven to see all the sites with a chance to walk around the beautiful city of Quebec. No question was left unanswered!!!! #milk

Beautiful Quebec City!! - It was the perfect length of time with one stop. Our guide, Daniel, was funny, polite and very knowledgeable. You could tell how much he loves his city.

Perfect sightseeing experience when the weather is really cold! - In the dead of winter, it was great to stay warm inside a bus, and see all the sights! Our driver was knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor too. For those who like walking a lot, Quebec City is a great place to visit! We’re here for the Carnevale, but we’ll return in better weather to do and see more!

Great insights of local history and today in Quebec City - Our host Mark was great. I felt like he made sure everyone is welcomed and heard if there may be some questions. We got a good dose of history and some interesting details. I personally enjoyed the insight into today's life in Quebec. I would recommend this tour.

Tour guide and chofer... - Tour guide and chofer were great. Tour was offered in English and tour guide was very easy to understand. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Not Quite what we were expecting - When you request a tour in English, our tour was actually given in both English and French contiguously. It was sometimes unclear if we should continue listening. The driver was both driver and tour guide.

Good tour content but poor delivery of the speech. - In theory, it should be a great tour - lots of interesting information about the rich history of the city in the warm bus. In practice, it did not work out for us. The guide spoke too fast and monotonously. Not the right way to attract and keep attention. Also, the first 40 minutes we were all freezing - as there was icy air coming out of the ventilation. The guide did not apologise or taken time to explain the situation. He kind of dismissed complains. I take walking/bus tours everywhere I travel, and it was one of the least well executed. Suggestion to the guide - Speak a bit slower and make regular pauses of a few seconds, especially between topics. Use vocal variarity. It's better to give less information but make it easily understandable and memorable. Show care to the clients.
