An extraordinary experience - An extraordinary team listening to our needs. A guided tour focused on customer and satisfaction where every little detail takes us back in time. Restaurants with an A1 service. The choice of menus is absolutely delicious. And what about the atmosphere of the Grande-Allée that makes us forget the time. Congratulations to the owner, Émilie Pelletier, who manages to convey her love of Quebec City, who cares about the well-being of her clients and who knows how to surround herself with people of great qualities. I recommend without any hesitation ❤️

Top notch gourmet VIP experience - This tour was top notch! Lyn was a fantastic guide with so much knowledge!! The brief history tour was very informative. This is an area of the city none of us had explored before so there was a lot to take in. The food was spectacular and extremely well curated. We loved that each restaurant had its own story and the attentiveness of the staff resulted in a VIP experience. I highly recommend the tour as well as Emilie for coordinating any other excursions you may want to do while visiting the city.

Worth the time and expense - Great tour and very fun! An interesting and personable guide. Owner is responsive and accommodating.
We visited four restaurants on restaurant row in Quebec city. Great to experience where the locals go for drinks, dinner, and fun. The first restaurant had a live band and each restaurant after that was unique in terms of the decor and tastings. The food was delicious and plentiful. I don’t believe the food was “traditional” French Canadian but more trendy like most big cities. (Special accommodations for vegetarians was no problem! Non-vegetarians were just as happy!) Various good wines served at each stop. We learned a lot about French Canadian heritage and culture.
Highly recommend!

This is a trick you absolutely must try! - I highly recommend this tour!!
We had Marie Côté as our guide and she is more than amazing. She takes the time to talk to us about the city with passion, answer our questions and made us laugh. Growing up in Quebec City, I never expected to learn so much about our history. The restaurants selected were all more amazing than the last, they were tasty and the portions were perfect. No two dishes were alike! We were well received in each restaurant, we were presented with the restaurant, the dish served and the beverage that accompanied it.
The atmosphere of the main alley is very pleasant. This is a street we rediscovered with such a beautiful selection of restaurant!
The owner Émilie of HQ Tourist Services is very attentive and talented.
Thank you for making us live this wonderful gastronomic tour!

You won’t regret it - Fantastic food tour in Quebec City. There’s simply not enough time to try all of the flavors of the city one by one — so doing so in this food tour is a phenomenal way to do so. Was incredibly lucky to hit highly rated venues with marks that are almost impossible to maintain elsewhere all within walking distance of each other. Having exploratory others along for the journey was lovely as well.

A Must-Do When Visiting Quebec!! - I would, and plan to, recommend this experience to anyone and everyone traveling through Quebec City. Our tour guide, Denis, was kind, informational and so passionate about his love for Quebec and it truly trickled down to us. It was freezing and snowing but if I could go back I would do it 1,000 times again. The wine was excellent, food was phenomenal, and the lessons learned and insight Denis gave to us regarding history, current political and social standings in Quebec, along with many suggestions around town was a once in a lifetime experience. To anyone traveling to Quebec City... do this tour!! Worth every penny!! Great for the beginning of the trip to get insight to plan for the rest of your stay. Thank you, Denis and the rest of Chelsea’s team. We appreciate the wonderful experience.

Fantastic evening with Marie - The four of us had Marie all to ourselves. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us suggestions for the rest of our trip. The food stops were close to each other, so it did not require a lot of walking. They included off-the-beaten-path highly rated restaurants that we tourists wouldn’t have tried ourselves. Wine served at 4 of the 5 stops with coffee and sweets at the last. Plus a bonus ferry ride for a view of the port and city from the river. We had a great time.

Wonderful - It was great experiencing different things that we would not have normally done. The guide showed us many historical things about Quebec.

Fantastic gourmet experience - We had a great guide Jean Marc who toured us around lower Quebec City, stopping at five gourmet restaurants for parts of a progressive meal. Not a bad one in the bunch. JM was very knowledgeable but didn’t overdo it on the facts, it was perfect. It was a lovely afternoon and we would definitely use this company again. Highly recommend.

Not What We Expected - This tour was a disappointment in that we thought being a food tour it would include stops at uniquely Quebec eateries while learning about local history. While the food was decent at all five locations, it was nothing special or specific to Quebec City or its French/English history. We stopped at an Italian restaurant for caprese salad (hardly revolutionary) a modern, organic veggie salad (which was delicious), charcuterie board, and ice cream/sorbet (which was actually a return trip to a different side of stop #2). The main course was an Iatalian veal dish which was good but we were rushed to make it to the ice cream shop and had little time to enjoy it whilst still wishing for a dish more native to the area. Even though we rushed through the last two courses we missed the ferry ride across the river with what are promised to be the best views of Chateau Frontenac. To take a later ride would have been pointless since it was getting too dark. The historical information gathered was great, but if we wanted just history we couldh ave done any one of a number of walking tours for just that. All in all, not worth the build up or price.
