Tour Isla Tortuga desde Puntarenas en pareja - Español - Excelente experiencia, la comida deliciosa y bien cocinada y la atención de los guías excelente. Pudimos ver delfines, monos y hacer snorkel. El muelle de donde sale la lancha queda en el Barrio Las Playitas. Tomar en cuenta que no hay parqueo cerca entonces hay que llegar en Taxi o Uber (si van desde Puntarenas). Tratar también de ir liviano. Si se lleva una hielera muy grande cuesta más a la hora de bajar al muelle o de la lancha. English- An excellent experience, the food was delicious and well-cooked, and the guides were attentive. We were able to see dolphins, monkeys, and practice snorkel. The pier where the boat departs is in Las Playitas neighborhood. Keep in mind that there's no parking nearby, so you'll have to take a taxi or Uber (if you're traveling from Puntarenas). Also, try to pack light. If you bring a large cooler, it'll be more difficult to get to the pier or the boat.

Great excursion - Snorkeling was amazing. Great day at the beach. Enjoyed the lunch. Walkable from cruise port which worked out great. All around a great excursion.

It was a great day on the... - It was a great day on the island swimming. The meal was good. The crew was entertaining. We all enjoyed the day.

It was Magical! - Our experience was exceptional from the moment we boarded the yacht. As a group of six, we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the trip, from the music and breathtaking views to the incredible opportunity to see dolphins and swim with the fish. The staff was both friendly and professional, ensuring that we felt well taken care of throughout the journey. Upon reaching the beach, the ambiance, food, and drinks were all top-notch. This is an experience not to be missed for anyone visiting Costa Rica.

A perfect day! - It was a perfect day! Started with seeing dolphins, then spider monkeys, snorkeling, delicious lunch and relaxing on a beautiful beach. The crew was so very nice and courteous.

Wonderful day trip from Puntarenas - The departure location can be tricky to see from the road but once we arrived, our guides were friendly, organized, on time and attentive. The island itself was super relaxing and like paradise.

Well worth it - great value and great people - Great trip and lovely staff. We were a bit late arriving but they were accommodating. The information provided and their knowledge was great. They were genuinely attentive and inclusive. Joel and Alonso were extremely helpful in sorting out taxi problems and giving top tips about where else to visit.

Take a boat trip to an island is always a must do. - Had a lovely day at the beach, a few delays that were out of there control, food was good and the island was ok, water was super warm.

Slow Start, Great Day - Long story short, even though we knew that the Pura Vida vibe meant we didn’t not have to show up early for our 8 am departure from Inside Tours (which really needs a sign out front because as it is, it is almost impossible to find). Anyway, we didn’t end up leaving the dock until after 10 am. We didn’t have anything else to do but it was pretty boring to sit there. The only info we were given was we weren’t going on the first boat. We ended up going after the boat returned from its initial run to Tortuga. So that wasn’t, great, but Isle de Tortuga itself was fantastic…great beach, wonderful lunch and once we got on the boat, Inside tour guys were super nice. In addition the ride over and the ride back were really fun as the boat ran up and down the waves.

BEWARE: NOT ON THE NICOYA PENINSULA AND NO COMMUNICATION - BEWARE: this operator is nowhere near Tortuga Island. If you are staying on the Nicoya Peninsula this is NOT the trip for you. there is no way to get there since it is a 3+ hours but the ferry does not run before 8 am, SO CAN NOT GET THERE SAME DAY. I have been to CR many times and done this tour with another operator (and it was fantastic). NO COMMUNICATION: This Operator never sent follow-up emails (only a generic one when i booked WITH NO INFORMATION ABOUT WHERE TO MEET). when i went to see where to meet them the day before the trip, I found out that it would not be possible. tried to contact them multiple times to see if they could pick us up somewhere on the peninsula (which should have been possible) and received NO response, and it was out of the window to receive an automatic refund. I requested a refund and did not hear from them. this was supposed to be a birthday outing for me and the fam, ao I was very frustrated and so disappointed to not be able to do it and to loose over $300.
