A perfect day! - It was a perfect day! Started with seeing dolphins, then spider monkeys, snorkeling, delicious lunch and relaxing on a beautiful beach. The crew was so very nice and courteous.

Wonderful day trip from Puntarenas - The departure location can be tricky to see from the road but once we arrived, our guides were friendly, organized, on time and attentive. The island itself was super relaxing and like paradise.

Well worth it - great value and great people - Great trip and lovely staff. We were a bit late arriving but they were accommodating. The information provided and their knowledge was great. They were genuinely attentive and inclusive. Joel and Alonso were extremely helpful in sorting out taxi problems and giving top tips about where else to visit.

Experience and feedback - Very good experience, the guys who attended us during the tour were too attentive and friendly. What they could do is improve the pier toilets.

The boat trip was great but anyway the tour was more than I expected - It was an amazing experience from the transport the food the guide José pablo gave us the best tour to which I have gone excellent boy really thank you very much and I hope to return to do more tour with you

AVOID. Unsafe and Viator refused to give a partial refund! - DO NOT RECOMMEND! Safety: **gangway railing handhold rope not secure, when i used it, it gave way and i almost fell. **Gangway incredibly slippery and dangerous, my elderly sister in law did fall, and was lucky to escape injury. **boat not designed for snorkeling entry, my wife injured her back when trying to exit Amenities: Soda was supposed to be included, but was not. No drinks offered during 2+ hours we were on the boat, nor while ashore. Tea only provided at lunch. Good thing we brought our own water! Schedule: Arrived back much later than scheduled, almost missed our cruise ship all-aboard time.

irresponsible - Viator is the worst travel agency. They just pretty much just book, collect money and that’s it. They don’t do anything for the customer, they will ask you to deal with the tour operator, they don’t tell you anything about policies. I will never recommend this company even to my worst enemy.
