10/10 Would Definitely Do Again - Abraham was our tour guide. He took great care of us! We all got to see whale sharks and had an awesome time! Mañuel was our driver and also took great care of us and got us to our destinations safely.

Whale sharks dolphins and turtles!!! Staff, boat, sharks and food all amazing! Would recommend totally!!! - This was a booking made on Tripadvisor and paid using PayPal-straight away saving money! The tour lead was Jane who was clear friendly and helpful from the get go. The team on the boat were AMAZING. Helpful supportive pairing and above all they helped us jump into the o ran in 200 feet of water 30 mile off the coast and were so reassuring. On top of which we saw giant leatherback turtles, a huge pod of dolphins and four or five whale sharks. They were proactive in finding the sharks and it was AMAZING. Like no other experience. I would wholly recommend.

Special Experience - We were very happy with our whale shark experience. Our tour guide, Abraham, was fantastic with our group and the other family with us. We were able to each go twice because the crew searched for the whales until we each got the chance! Seeing them was a very cool experience and this tour company took good care of us!

Excellent day thanks to Abraham - An excellent day thanks to Abraham! They arrived punctual POR us, very friendly and helpful DE start to finish, communication was excellent and, although the conditions were NO better, they cared POR give us the best possible service and that we could see a whale shark! Recommended

Incredible Whale Shark Encounter! - Incredible opportunity to swim with whale sharks! The guides were so knowledgeable about this species and were very informative about the threats that whale sharks and their ocean environment face. The guides prioritized animal welfare and did everything they could to minimize disturbance or stress to the animals. We were the only boat around a huge group of whale sharks! The boat captain was an extremely talented driver and we had a smooth ride 30 miles offshore. After the incredible experience of swimming with these animals, we enjoyed a delicious lunch of fresh ceviche and guacamole at beautiful Isla Mujeres. The entire group was so friendly, knowledgeable, kind and talented. I would 100% book with them again!

Very good except not received photos of my experience - The trip was very good and bring in with the whale sharks was amazing a dream come true the only downside was I paid for photos on the 16/7 and was told it would take 48 hours to receive we are now on 21/7 and am waiting for them to be sent

- Excellent service, Abraham helped us and provided excellent service, very charismatic and attentive, they stopped by us and gives you the option to stay directly in Isla Mujeres or return to the Rivera Maya, they provide food and drink during the trip. I recommend taking a dizziness pill before boarding the boat.

6 hour trip for just four minutes with the whales - Not good. We only had two very short dives (less than two minutes each) with the whale sharks. Too many people on the boat. After that, we wen snorkeling to Isla Mujeres, which wasn't good at all. Ending up with hald an hour time at the beach. All in all a 6 hour trip for just four minutes with the whales. Not worth it, at least with this operator.
