We had a blast - Had a great time with Coca Cola as our guide. He kept us engaged, we had fun, and lots to do. The buggys were definitely the highlight of the tour, it was so much fun. The host in the gift shop Big Big Willy was hilarious and informative. We had a great time and definitely recommend to anyone

Highlight of our vacation! - This was hands down the best part of our vacation! Not sure why so many of the bad reviews focused on not being told to bring a towel/change of clothes/shoes that can get wet because it says all of that on the website. You do need to rent lockers, the large ones are $9 but were definitely convenient. While you can’t take your phones on the activities while you’re doing them, you are allowed to go back to any place when you’re done and take pictures on your phone. We ended up buying the package of pictures that the staff took (they ask for a lot of money but you can haggle the price). We thought it was absolutely worth it since there were so many pictures and there were all very good.
We went on our family vacation (parents, 3 adult children, and my husband). Got the pass for the entire park: buggies, zip line, horseback riding, and the lazy river.
The park was beautiful, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the included lunch was delicious, and the activities were so much fun!
The buggy ride was exhilarating, just enough adrenaline without being overwhelming. The stops along the way at the Cenote and model village were fun. The Cenote was a nice cool off and incredibly beautiful. There were some leaves etc. in there but it’s an outdoor pool so was expected and nothing out of the ordinary. We swam in there for about 20 or so minutes and it was wonderful.
The model village was cute and the cigar/hot chocolate/coffee tasting was a nice treat. We needed up buying hot chocolate and a really cool domino set which were reasonably priced.
The zip line course was a ton of fun and finishing by zipping into the water was so unique and memorable. The lazy river was relaxing and a great way to end the day. Our favorite part was definitely the horseback riding. It was a pretty trail with very well behaved horses and guides who made sure everyone was comfortable and having fun.
Definitely recommend this for anyone who loves outdoor adventures and wants a very full day of activities! We’ll definitely be going back on our next trip.

Family Adventure Time in Adventure Land - Our family of 14 had a fantastic time with the full package deal. All of the activities and all of the restrictions were as advertised on the website. For the ATV events you can save $20-$40 per person if you bring your own safety googles and bandanas. I used my landscaping safety glasses and they kept the dirt and mud out of my eyes. The ATVs are noisy, so a pair of foam earplugs will decrease the noise levels. They are serious and vigilant about safety and will not allow cell phones, cameras, GoPros, backpacks, etc on any of the events. And they will check all bags!!! Small and large lockers are available to rent for a small fee. Take some cash with you on the courses to buy snacks and beverages. Water bottles were allowed, so bring some bottles of water from your hotel to save money. The lunch was good: grilled chicken, rice, beans, and fried plantains. Beverages are not included in the meal price. I would have rated it excellent, but the check-in process was cumbersome and slow and there was too much wasted time transitioning between events. This is an all day event so plan your day accordingly.

Great experience - Highly rates the buggy’s, the muddy puddles and tight corners made for great fun.
We enjoyed the village and the free coffee and hot chocolate.
Ziplines was very smooth and un rushed.
Horse riding was great fun and the staff was greatly helpful and supporting the whole journey.
All in all the experience was amazing, just put off by the not being able to take your phones for photos and then being told the photos they took would cost us $100 for all or €15 each.
Amazing day just a shame we have no photos to look back on.

This park has something for everyone - All of the excursions were excellent. However take your tip money with you in a waterproof pouch. They tell when you check in to leave all of your belongings, however at the end of each excursions, there is a place for tips. The staff was great!
The lunch was excellent and flavorful!

A Definite Must in Punta Cana - From pickup to return at hotel, this was a fantastic way to celebrate my 40th birthday! Transportation was punctual and clean, driver was personable and played “only hits” on the radio. The activities were a blast, facility was clean, staff was friendly and Dominican lunch was delicious! Never had issues with a language barrier. Only “cons” were not being able to take your own photos (only thing they tried to sell you were their photos) and being required to show the booking credit card upon check-in (I used a virtual card and couldn’t login to my credit card app to show proof).

Average experience at best -
This activity started with a very misleading experience once arrival on-site you're left on your own and kind of wondering where to go, what's next or what's included? We were left on our own for about 30 minutes just wandering around and just telling us that we need to go to lunch, which we didn't know exactly when the excursion was starting.
The food was average, the buggy tour was fun. But I mean it. It's just a closed course with following everyone and not really enjoying yourself.
Then you find yourself just wandering around from 4 PM to 6 PM, trying to enjoy a little pool, with a fake waterfall, just paying $6 us a beer, and $10 for a Vodka, and waiting for your bus, that's pretty much what it was.

Don't waste your money! - Don't waste your money..... unless you enjoy being misinformed, rushed from experience to experience and being made to feel that the majority of staff are doing you favour by being there!
Booked this excursion through TUI, as we tend to do with all our excursions. Information on what to take was somewhat lacking...no mention of needing a towel, footwear that can get wet, a change of clothes as you will get dusty and muddy or that the preferred currency is the Dollar 💵.
On arrival we had to pay an additional $20 for the transfer from our hotel to the park....no mention of this in the booking details from TUI?? Staff on site gave a rushed description of what the day entailed which many people found confusing. When questioned to clarify different staff gave differing information...yet more confusion.
First experience Off-road Buggy driving! I was looking forward to this...but never mind. I expected things to be a little rough round the edges but they managed to exceed my expectations. If off-road means driving on a building site track then it was spot on. Buggys are rough to say the least, I don't think the front wheels were actually connected to the rear but this added to the thrill!
First stop on route The Cenote! 20 minute dip in a man made hole in the ground. I've been in a real Cenote and I don't remember it having a concrete floor. Then it was back into the buggy and off to the traditional Dominican village!
Village....3 houses with random bits of crap from 1950s....yes...a traditional Dominican village from the 1950s - I kid you not! However this did fit in well with the random Dinosaur statues which wouldn't have looked out of place in a 50s B movie. No sooner had we taken the rich history of the 'traditional village' we were whisked away to the GIFT SHOP! Here we were treated to a thimble full of hot chocolate and a thimble full of coffee along with full list of prices of all the merchandise. 'Big Willy', the 5 foot tall tour shop guide, did explain what constipation was and how coconut oil could help you have the best "S**t of your life"...his words not mine. Then it back to the buggy and off to lunch.
Lunch was ok...no choice of what to have unless you wanted to pay extra of course, but none the less ok.
After lunch was the zip line. Again very rushed with no time to take in the experience. Safety briefing was exactly as described.... brief! and some of the staff quite abrupt.
We were then meant to move on to the horse riding but decided to forgo another potential trek along a building site path. So can't really comment.
We decided to move onto the Jungle River....best part of the day. Relaxing float along a jungle surrounded river....no one could rush us along.
Last stop the 'Waterfall pool'.... don't expect Niagara or Angle falls. 10 foot high man made falls and a pool that was surpassed by the one at our hotel. Dirty sun loungers, very gritty floor and of course....an overpriced snack bar.
The trip back to the hotel was lovely!
I would have loved to post photos of our excursion, however you are not allowed to take cameras or phones on any of the experience's. You can however purchase photos taken by the staff at the GIFT SHOP at the end of the day. We didn't.
