Good day on the water - Very well organized from transportation to meeting the tour provider at the port. The crew on the boat was more than exceptional. You can tell they cared about their passengers. What was even more impressive was the lead guide on the boat ( I wish I could remember his name) went above and beyond for one of the passengers who lost their prescription glasses in the water. He snorkeled in the water for quite a while and believe it or not he found them. The Dominican is not known for the best snorkeling but we were satisfied. All in all I would recommend this tour to anyone.

A great day of snorkelling ! - We had a great day on this excursion. Communication for pickup at our resort was great and our shuttle was on time. After pick-up we went to the marina and were promptly escorted by our host , Wilkin. We got on our boat and were taken to our first snorkelling outing. There were plenty of fish and we felt safe in the water. After about 30 minutes of snorkelling we went to a beach area and had drinks served in fresh coconuts. We had about 30 minutes to enjoy the beach and the refreshments. Next we were off to a place where a bunch of boats were gathered in the shallows. Another boat joined us and brought us our meal. My wife I enjoyed the surf and turf ( $15 usd extra each…but well worth it!) . We then had the opportunity to snorkel again. The snorkelling was great! The drinks flowed along the whole day courteous of bartender Angelo. The music was upbeat and kept the fun rolling. We enjoyed this trip immensely!

Must Do! - This excursion was EVERYTHING! We had a great time with Don Julio’s crew (Angelo, Sandro, Miguel). The ride and music alone was amazing! The snorkeling, food and company were added bonuses. Everyone was so attentive and friendly! We definitely will go back!

Definitely recommend, the snorkelling was great! - This is a great excursion. we were looking to do snorkelling on a tour that wasn’t focused on a party/booze cruise. We found this tour and were happy to pay abit extra for a more relaxed/ mature experience. Everything was easy & the communication was great. We were picked up and arrived with Don Hulio. Our group was not too big. Don Hulio bought energy and experience to this tour and we couldn’t recommend a more funny tour guide, his crew were also great. We departed and our first stop was snorkelling. We had 35 mins in the water. We wished we had longer but the snorkelling was amazing. Plenty of fish, and photos are taken of us. We then headed to a shallow beach we were had fresh coconuts with rum and sugar, this was a great highlight of the tour. We then headed to another destination where we had drinks in the sea for 25 mins. While this was nice, we would have preferred an extra 20 minutes snorkelling. Lunch was great. Very fresh and tasty. We then headed back home and our drop off was also super easy. Altogether it took about 4-4.5 hours. We would definitely recommend this tour!

Good trip for group of 10. - Very happy with our snorkeling tour for our two families of 5 (our kids are all adults). We got lucky in that there were only a few other guests on the boat which gave us plenty of room to spread out. Someone said the boat could hold over 100 people, which I could not imagine would be ideal. Weather cooperated and the staff were friendly and attentive to all the guests. We did the 4 hour morning tour which was not too long or too short. My only concern was that when booking I thought that this tour was out of the Cap Cana marina, close to our hotel. It was actually in Bavaro which was about 30 minutes drive each way. Not a big deal, but we hit traffic coming back to our hotel which delayed us around 15 minutes. They also pick up from other hotels, which could be an issue if the boat is busy and you need to make multiple stops for other guests (we had only one other stop).

We had fun - We had a great time. The crew was fun and friendly, snorkeling was great, the seafood was very good. Open bar with plentiful drinks. I think it's probably a good trip for first timers since they bring many party boats all into the same area with lots of loud music and the beach you go to is right by a bunch of hotels. But if you've never been to DR and you want something easy from Punta Cana, this was a satisfying trip.

Gorgeous afternoon of sea and sun! - This snorkeling experience was one of the highlights of our trip! We had a small group on our outing, plenty of room to spread out on deck, and everyone on the crew was attentive and positive. There were four components to the afternoon: snorkeling at a coral reef, stopping at the beach for cocoloco (rum and sugar in fresh coconuts), lunch aboard the boat, and a final swim/snorkel area. The coral reef they took us too was truly magnificent, and we saw so many kinds of fish! The fish know to associate tour groups with food and came to us. I wish we had more time to snorkel - that’s what my party was most concerned with, and we would have happily stayed there for longer than the 30 or so minutes we were given. The beach we were taken to for cocoloco was gorgeous and private, and we loved standing in the warm water and sitting in the sand with our coconuts in hand. Lunch was very good. The final stop was anchoring near a bunch of other boats (most of them booze cruises) in a shallow stretch of water. We opted to snorkel some more, rather than just hang out, but the snorkeling there was definitely less impressive than the first stop. I did have a bit of an allergic reaction to some algae growing on a rope I brushed against in the water, and the crew was very attentive to douse it in white vinegar for me and bring me some relief. There was a bit of confusion with our pickup and dropoff - there are a number of tours that take off from the same place, and we almost missed our boat because it was unclear where our group was congregating. That component could be improved. I also wished there had been some education about the health of the coral reefs (and the importance of not touching them). But the overall experience was very positive and a lovely addition to our time in the DR!

Good trip, but all of our photos were lost. - Photo lovers beware! We had a great time on the excursion. However, we were told that the staff were taking pictures during the trip, including in the water, which would be made available to us in 3-4 days on Facebook. Unfortunately, despite repeated attempts at outreach to find out the status of our photos, the company ultimately never located and posted the photos from our group and stopped responding to follow up outreach. It’s been over 1 month since we went out on the boat. I wish that we had not relied on their word and had taken our own photos in the water instead of leaving our phones on the boat. I also wish that the company had been more responsive to our inquiries about the missing photos.
