Titicaca was a dream come true - We did this full day tour of the Lake Titicaca which included visits to two different islands where locals still maintain their traditions and customs. Uros, the first island we visited was a bit touristic but it was out of control of the tour company, but it was also a nice experience to see the floating islands and their way of life. Taquile Island, involved a bit hike but the view was absolutely amazing. The lunch served was overlooking the serene views of the lake.

An immersive day trip - We visited two different islands on this full day tour. Ruben was our guide and he was very attentive and helpful and shared many information about the local traditions and culture. Highly recommend the tour.

Wonderful day at titikaka - It is a mandatory experience to do in puno. The phenomenal company, you are picked up at the hotel on time and taken later. The boat super comfortable and clean. The guides Fausto and Ruben were excellent, they gave us pertinent information the whole trip. The island of uros beautiful, people received us very kindly. The totora boat ride is another must. And finally the beautiful block island. The food they provide on the island is a delight. Thanks for a perfect day!

Not much English in this supposedly Spanish/English tour. - The Uros floating Island visit and the Taquille island visit were both very interesting. The tour had about 35 people in it. More spoke Spanish and being an English speaker only, means missing a lot of the presentations. There was also too much pressure to buy trinkets from the local villagers. For example, the tour stated there was an optional boat ride for 10 souls. When we got there, they asked us all to get on the boat and then afterwards collected 15 souls from each of us. If I had to do it over again, I would look for a company that has smaller group sizes, less pressure to buy trinkets from the local villagers, and guides who encouraged questions, more interactive discussions, and more focus on the English speaking clients.

Unique adventure. A must do before this way of life is abandoned forever. - Very interesting to see and be part of the lives of the wonderful people of these islands. The leader of the island gave us a great presentation on what daily life is like. They invited us in their homes and shared their lives. The people of the Uros are special and their lives are unique. You just have to visit and experience it for yourself. The taquile island is a hard climb up the side of a mountain on a rough sidewalk. You need to be in good physical condition to make it the top but once you are there the views of the lake are spectacular and the food at isabella is delicious and prepared fresh for us. A great experience.

Good value but lacking depth - This tour is a good way to see both Euros and Taquile islands in one day. It offers enough time to see both islands and seems reasonably priced. However I the "dancing" was not authentic and the English explanations were abridged.Very good lunch.

Overall this is a good tour. - The tour was well arranged and our tour guide is timely, friendly and maybe knowledgeable as well. The only thing can be improved is that the English explanation could be more given we booked an English tour. We were put into a group which majority of the group are Spanish speakers. Therefore, I don’t feel the guide gave us the same level of the culture experience with relatively short English tour guide as the other tours we booked during this Peru trip.

Disorganized but the views are beautiful - Very disorganized. They moved us from boat to boat and changed our guides. When we were finally assigned to a boat, we were just sitting there for a long time waiting for more passangers to arrive.

Tour Company was a no show and no refund given to us yet - We took a 10 hour bus from Cusco to see Lake Titicaca and woke up early to catch our 7am pick up. We waited a half hour and no show. Then proceeded to contact the tour company through various messages through Viator app. After another hour, we contacted Viator who gave us the phone number for Discover Peru. The tour company said they were never informed from Viator and it was too late to join the tour. We then contacted Viator for a refund and they said it was too late! Now we’re fighting with them to escalate to management. Horrible service
