Best experience tour in KK - This tour is one of the best in KK. I visited mari mari and kampung gipsi and kampung gipsi hands down is more authentic. It is not made up. The entire scenery is not fabricated at all. We enjoyed our time so much with our guide jayya. The dancing performance and food are very unique. Do not think twice to book this trip! Highly recommended . Thank you travel guide sabah for the best experience

Best bajau tour - Best trip ever. The place itself is educational and beautiful. The dancing performance is unique. The sea is beautifulI have never seen this in another part of the world. Please do not hesitate to visit this place when u visit kk. Ya man.. best trip ever and the tour operator travel guide sabah and the tour guide J and SY are accommodative and explained well of the history of sabah and bajau as whole

Authenticity in Sabah: Kampung Gypsy Water Village - A truly unique experience when visit Kampung Gypsy Water Village. It's a simple but authentic way to experience the Bajau Laut lifestyle. The village is charming and offers a glimpse into a different way of life.

Great! - The tour was amazing. The guide and everyone involved in the village was very caring and friendly and I learnt a lot about the Sea Gipsies in Kota Kinabalu! I fully recommend this to anyone who wants to learn more about their unique culture!

Best guide - I traveled with Sidney and she's just great! She's excited by the world, which makes her an amazing guide herself. Would definitely recommend doing any tour with her.

Absolute must do! - Our trip to Kampung Gypsie Water Village was an extraordinary experience, filled with welcoming locals, authentic foods and traditional dancing. The local sea gypsies and our guide spoke about their traditions and their way of life both now and how it was in years gone by.
Jay was such a great tour guide, very knowledgeable and so friendly and down to earth. It was like visiting somewhere with a friend.
Our boat driver was also very friendly and careful as he harboured us across the water and back.
We highly recommend this tour.

Really enjoyed - Very informative and was a great experience, I really enjoyed spending time with the children and seeing the dances and simply learning about the culture.

Above and beyond my expectations - This was a dream come true. I wanted to visit Bajau Laut for a long time and not until I was there could I believe that it really was happening! Because of this I didn't have many expectations and was truly impressed by how well organised everything was. My guide Jayya was amazing. He didn't want to rush anything and I appreciate it very much. I saw how the people lived but without intruding their homes, which is great! The trip focuses on culture - I got to experience music, dance and also very interesting amd well prepared food. Jayya has excellent knowledge and I strongly recommend him as a guide.
I will be for ever thankful that this trip was organised.

There's more than meets the eye. Definitely a hidden gem of Borneo. - I had an amazing time at Kampung Gipsi Sabah. The warm hospitality, rich cultural heritage of sea gypsy, and interactive workshops like congkak, henna & batik made it an unforgettable experience. The guided tour by Mr Jayya was informative, and dance sessions were fun, and the snack was delicious. The cultural performances were captivating, and the entire visit was a beautiful journey through local traditions. Highly recommend for anyone looking to immerse themselves in culture and history of the Sea Gypsy.
