Great opportunity to learn about the Bribri and Braulio is top - You learn a lot about the Bribri and their habits and ways of life. Braulio is a great guide who tries very hard to explain everything exactly and to respond to all sorts of questions even outside the tour. He manages well to create a pleasant atmosphere for a conversation and makes you gain a valuable experience.

✨ What an unforgettable experience! ✨ - The Bribri territory and waterfall tour was truly one of the highlights of my time in Costa Rica. We learned about plant medicine, got a glimpse into the beautiful Bribri language and culture, and even made chocolate straight from cacao beans (the banana + chocolate dessert I created was out of this world!). 🌿🍫🍌
Our guide, a member of the Bribri community, made the experience so personal — he was funny, inspiring, and incredibly knowledgeable. I left not only with memories but also with a deeper respect for the culture and the land. I’m so grateful and already looking forward to attending his school someday. 💛🌊🌴

BEST DAY OF THE TRIP - This was by far the best day of trip! Braulio our guide was amazing and so knowledgeable. The Bri Bri Tour was so amazing. Chocolate making experience amazing. Then he took us to a waterfall that we had to do a jungle hike to get to and this was fantastic. We saw a titular, snake, bullet ant and he tough us so much. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Fabulous Tour/ Outstanding Guide - We absolutely loved this personal tour. The guide was very knowledgeable, and educated use on alot of the culture of the area. The lunch was the best tour lunch we had ever had. The food was hot and delicious. The fruit was fresh and tasted great. Don’t miss this tour!

Awesome experience, guide... - Awesome experience, guide was amazing spoke english fluently, knew his stuff, and was passionate about the culture and plants growing there, talked to us about his future plans for his farm and everything, very friendly! We learned a lot, came and picked us up from our hostel and dropped us back there afterwards, even helped us by bringing us to a pharmacy and translated my symptoms to the pharmacist ( had eaten something not so good the night prior lol) would 100% recommend to anyone!

Richness in Talamanca - I had a truly wonderful experience learning about the history, culture, and sacred process of chocolate making with the Talamanca community. It was an honor to be welcomed and taught about the deep relationship they have with cacao — not just as food, but as medicine, spirit, and tradition. The stories, the flavors, and the generosity of the people made this an unforgettable experience. I'm deeply grateful for the time shared and the knowledge passed on. Braulio was an amazing tour guide and appreciated his patience and knowledge of the area as well as the people that resided around the town of BriBri.
¡Mia Mia Braulio!

Incredible - This was such an amazing experience. Our guide was so knowledgeable, and made sure we had an incredible time. It is even better than the description given for the tour. It is absolutely well worth it and a "must- do" for any trip to the region.

Super trip, sometimes different from national park - Even if the organization was a bit unclear at first, everything worked out wonderfully and we were picked up at the hostel. The insight into the Bribri family was interesting, but we would have liked a bit more information about the culture.
The different cooking and medicinal plants were very exciting, and we were also allowed to test them a few times. The chocolate making was also impressive, but the end product is just a bit different than we imagined chocolate, because it really consists only of pure cocoa beans (so rather bitter as very dark chocolate).
There was plenty of food by far, after the different chocolate variants we were almost full and then there was lunch.
Also the waterfall was great. The walk not too long, the water nice and fresh and there was a way to change and go to the toilet. Braulio was very personable and chatty throughout the tour and knew great, so highly recommended.
