Thrilling Rafting Adventure with JJ on Level 2-3 Rapids! - We had an absolute blast on our recent rafting trip! It was just the two of us on the raft, which made for a personalized and thrilling experience. Our guide, JJ, was fantastic—knowledgeable, fun, and made sure we felt safe while navigating the Level 2–3 rapids. The rapids were the perfect mix of exciting and manageable, ideal for a fun day out without being overwhelming. The whole experience was well-organized, and the scenery was stunning. We couldn’t have asked for a better adventure! For anyone looking in the off-season, I’d recommend calling in the morning to reach the team. Incredible Rafting Experience with JJ and the Arenal Rafting Team - If you are looking for rafting in Costa Rica, I recommend Arenal Rafting, TOP CHOICE. My family of four went on this trip and it was by far the BEST part of our vacation. Our guide, JJ, made the day unforgettable. From the moment we got to the river, he explained everything clearly, kept the group at ease, and gave us the confidence to really enjoy ourselves. On the rapids he told us about his career in kayaking and rafting, sharing inspiring stories that we were eager to hear. Even though some of the rapids looked intimidating, we always felt safe because of how prepared and experienced he was. At the same time, he made it fun, cracking jokes, pointing out wildlife, and making sure everyone stayed engaged. I also want to mention Julian, our bus driver. He got us to the river smoothly and made the ride part of the experience with stories and a welcoming attitude. And Jader, the group leader, was always nearby making sure everything was running smoothly and that the whole group felt looked after. What stood out the most was how well the team worked together. JJ brought the energy and expertise, Jader provided that extra level of support, and Julian set the tone with his kindness. Together they created an atmosphere that made the day feel special and safe at the same time. If you want an adventure that is exciting but never stressful, this is the company to choose. Ask for JJ as your guide if you can. He truly made this the kind of experience my family will remember forever.

Great experience - Great experience with Aguas Bravas. Thanks to Ronaldo our instructor who adapted to our sporting side with my boys aged 20 and 16. We loved it and would recommend it! Lunch was very good and typical of Costa Rica.

- We had a fantastic Class 2 & 3 rafting trip with Aguas Bravas. Steven was a great guide: fun, knowledgeable, and made us feel safe through every rapid. The fresh pineapple and oranges during the break were a nice touch, and lunch after was delicious. A high-quality, fun experience all around.

Sarapiqui White Water Rafting - What a fantastic experience. I felt our safety was taken care of with safety gear and a short training session. Our guide, "driver" made the experience memorable, he had a great sense of humour and incredible knowledge of the river and the wildlife. The break for fresh pineapple and melon was great, you can't get fresher fruit. The 2 hours on the river flew by, incredible scenery and photos to treasure taken by our safety kayaker. Finished off with a superb meal of local produce. An experience I shall never forget. It was a highlight of my trip to Costa Rica a d I have the photos in my album.

Rafting in May - Almost a week ago we went rafting with another couple of friends, and it is literally the best activity we have done in Costa Rica, both because of how fun it is, how friendly the instructors are and the number of animals that you see and they explain to you. ! We were also lucky enough to go almost alone in the river and it was impressive! I want to repeat now!!

A must-do PURA VIDA family rafting experience - Aguas bravas was really great! From the reservation, the welcome, the rafting trip, the meal, everything was perfect!! We were a family with a 14 year old teenager and a 10 year old child. JJ was our "rafting leader"! It is very safe, the safety instructions were very clear, and implemented before departure. He was very vigilant throughout the activity, particularly with the 10 year old little guy. Very interesting person, explaining the fauna and flora to us during the descent... and with a very nice sense of humor. A superb experience to do absolutely for a real PURA VIDA moment. Thanks to all the team especially JJ!!

A great discovery and a great time - A magnificent moment on a splendid watercourse with a wonderful and very professional team!!! We had never been rafting before and were a little worried. This worry quickly dissipated and we loved it!!! I recommend !!!
