Loved it! - Wonderul - great adventure, with friends and family so many pods of whales, breaching and entertaining us for hours

Amazing experience! Highly recommend! - Crew was amazing and very knowledgeable about all the sea life. They had great food and drinks as well! This was a small group which we liked and we were up close and personal with the whales. Great experience would highly recommend them!

Hard to get experience - Whale watching on a yacht.
It was possible in the bay, so there was not much movement, and thanks to the calm waves it was comfortable.
Drinks are substantial, soft drinks, beer and other alcohol, so be careful not to drink too much.
Fruits and snacks are also served.
There is also a small toilet.
The whale encounter depends on luck, but I was able to see enough.
The staff were very friendly and it was an enjoyable cruise.
It was scheduled to last three and a half hours, but it was over four hours cruising. Be careful when you make an appointment later.

Amazing informative experience - We had a great experience and we learned a lot about whales, dolphins, and birds. Our guide(Kimi) was great and funny and the captain was great at navigating the ship. It was very relaxing being on this Trip and exciting at the same time. Learning about the whale and their behavior and their cub. We learned that dolphins can see us and waiving at them and they did follow us and that was fun. The crew also took care of everyone and offered us delicious snacks. We would do again if we are back at Puerto Vallarta. If you are there do it, you will enjoy it, Just being in the water and seeing those wonderful fish is amazing.

Worst costumer service. Bad communication. - Be aware- We booked a whale watching tour and we missed the boat because they gave us the wrong meeting location. No one called us or emailed us to inform us that the meeting location had changed. We wasted a hole day because of them.
Dismal Customer Service at this company. We paid for a tour to go to see the whales and went to the location that was on the confirmation and lost the ride because no one ever took the trouble to inform us that the meeting place had changed.
We lost a day because of this bad company that they said had no way to communicate with us. I don't recommend it at all. Don't waste your time with them or your money.
