- To ensure the quality and sustainability of the service, a minimum charge equivalent to three guests applies—even for solo travelers or couples—as it helps cover operational costs and third-party platform fees. That said, the value of having a completely personalized, flexible, and immersive private experience makes it well worth the investment.
- Child and Infant Seating: We do not provide car seats for children or infants, but parents are welcome to bring their own. For added convenience, infants may sit on a parent’s lap; however, we recommend securing a separate seat for their safety.
- Pickups are at 9:00AM or 10:00 AM: We pick you up anywhere in or out of Bandera’s Bay. Our tours generally begin at your hotel lobby or residence or choice, including cruise ship visits at P.V. terminals, or selected villas. Please note that we operate on Jalisco local time (Pacific Time Zone).
- What to Bring: Comfortable footwear and light clothing, medication (if needed), sunscreen and/or a hat, and a camera or smartphone.
