We feel comfortable and happy all the time - It's the second time we've done the tour and it's incredibly friendly all the staff are attentive to all the requests of the attendees in the restaurant upon arriving at the dinner Farith did an amazing job super friendly all the time the show is not even say it's flawless already back the very funny crew show JLO in particular certainly an extraordinary experience

Don’t waste your Time and Money - The Worst Experience in Puerto Vallarta – ALMA Rhythms of the Night (July 2025) The performers deserve respect — they work hard and show up to do their job. But the logistics, organization, and overall experience are a disaster. You pay as if you were going to Disney or Universal Studios, and what you get is a cheap jungle circus. No real seats, just long, hard benches with no backs. They tell you to dress nice, but you’re walking through dirt and darkness like a lost tourist in the woods. The food was served extremely late and was completely average. The drinks were poorly made, unprofessional. The show was chaotic, noisy, and disjointed , like a kindergarten-level production with flashing lights and no story. The boat ride back was the final punishment. Noé, the host, shouted nonstop over deafening speakers, turning the ride into an unwanted, exhausting party. No chance to relax. And after all that? They insist on tips. Yes, after charging you top dollar for one of the worst nights you could imagine. There’s no way to escape once you’re there — no way out, no way to cut it short. Honestly? The worst experience we’ve ever had in Puerto Vallarta. Do yourself a favor and skip it.
