This place is a must ! - They have great singers and entertainment nightly. The staff is very attentive and friendly (and attractive!) So many activities and such a variety of entertainment throughout the week.

Salsa Nights, - La Catrina is an ideal place if you enjoy rhythms such as salsa, cumbia, merengue and bachata. It is not the first time I visit it, and it always offers fun themed nights that adapt to different musical tastes such as drag nights, band nights, etc. The dance floor is small, so be prepared to dance "tight," but let's be honest... where is salsa not danced like that? The music is live karaoke style: the singers perform the songs with recorded tracks, so don't expect a band on stage, but still the atmosphere is very lively. As for food and drink, the prices are reasonable. Drinks can vary depending on who prepares them, some are more loaded than others, but in general they are fine. The food is typical bar: good to accompany the night, although it does not stand out especially. You're greeted with a little canister of popcorn. The staff is friendly and friendly, although the service can be somewhat slow when the place gets full.

Dancing the Bachata - Sophie and her assistant Miguel were excellent teachers who introduced us to bachata. The small criticism is that the venue was a bar that seemed to know that we part of a tour. Additionally, the tour indicated that drinks were included as part of the price, but they were not provided and we ended up paying for them.

Not for beginners - Don't go solo and do not expect proper lessons with steps for beginners. There were no free drinks that tgey advertised. The location of the class was good.
