Get ready to get dirty! - This tour was fantastic from start to finish! We were picked up in an air-conditioned bus, which was a great start. Upon arrival, we were given all the necessary gear to ensure our safety and protect us from the sand. Make sure to bring your swimsuit if you plan on enjoying the refreshing waterfall. Water shoes are also a must due to the abundance of rocks. Since March is the dry season, be prepared to get a bit dirty! The tour concluded with a stop for a quick drink and a beautiful view, followed by a visit to their restaurant. Overall, it was an amazing experience!

Canopy ATV / RZR Tour - The RZR tour and guides were great. It would have been nice to spend some extra time at the waterfall, for those that wanted to take a swim. We were disappointed that the guides didn’t stop, so we could take pictures on the bridge.

Valentin & Carlos. - We really enjoyed the whole experience and spending a little more money for the RVR verses the ATV’s made a huge difference for our comfort and overall fun. Valentin was our driver up and down the mountain. We were VERY fortunate to grab the two seats in the cab with Valentin and got a wonderful education on the local area and learned about his family. It was also much more comfortable than sitting with many other people (drunk) in the open air back of the truck. At the waterfalls and jumping area we meet Carlos, Valentin’s brother who was also awesome. There is so much to do in this area in addition to what we did.

Pretty expensive for what you get. Would not do it again. - I’m pretty well traveled and I know what to expect. I’m also not afraid to get dirty and like adventure. It’s possible that someone that has not been on an ATV might find this experience fun. To be fair, I own an ATV and land at home so it’s not a new adventure for me. With that being said, I knew that it was going to be Dusty and that we were gonna be driving rzr through the jungle. That being said, it was so dusty that most of the time I felt I needed to close my eyes. Didn’t matter because there wasn’t anything to see anyway. Once we finally got to a stopping point, we got to go down to a lagoon and climb up and jump off a cliff next to a small waterfall. That was fun, but not overwhelming. Just a nice side distraction. If you don’t want to get in the water and jump on the waterfall, I think it would’ve been even more disappointing because what else was there to do? Once we went over the bridge, which was pretty neat but took maybe a minute to cross., we came back to base camp and it was over. We were hungry, so we went ahead and ate, but you really didn’t have much of a choice because the buses didn’t leave until everyone was done eating. They did have a guy talking about tequila and giving small taste test. Overall, it was somewhat enjoyable. But for a family of six, we paid $900. I think this tour was worth maybe half the price I have been to Cancun xtreme and they need to take a lesson from them. There, everything is included the food the drinks and there’s so many activities. It’s like going to a theme park you’re busy all day and you leave exhausted and satisfied. This was a highly disappointing trip. I would not recommend it. If you decide to go anyway don’t carry anything with you. That’s not zipped up in a bag because you will be headed to toe covered with dust.

Very Dusty - Very Very dusty and too many utv and Atc on same course. Very short course with 2 long stops. 2 hours long and probably only 1 hour driving. I thought we would go into the mountains more but stayed close to home base.

Selfish driver wastes peoples time - Overall good, but the company bus driver Xavier carrying 30 guests back to the drop off point, (full bus) Stopped at a little store on the road to let one guest who was sitting in the front seat buy a six pack. This whole mess delayed everyone 5 to 6 minutes while we just say there waiting. 30 guests times 5 minutes is 2 hours and 30 minutes of peoples vacation time lost to one person. Incredibly rude of the company driver. We're on vacation and don't need to suffer through stupid stuff like this when this guy could have gotten beer at the canopy tours restaurant before we left or waiting 15 minutes till we were all dropped off.
