Very fun experience - This was an experience well worth the money as our family doesn't get to ride ATVs that much. The team was excellent. The scenery was great but don't go with high expectations. Remember this isn't the Rocky Mountains

The had a pickup point in... - The had a pickup point in the Romantic Zone we weren’t aware of, that was much closer, so if you book, make sure you ask! The transportation there was fun - open air. The driving was super fun! The water was brown (dirt) but people still went in and did a little cliff jump. You do get super dirty, so take that into account when picking something to wear. Remember to take cash as on the way back (via RZR) you stop at a little lookout where they sell snacks and beverages, but only accept cash. The drinks at the restaurant were some of the best we had in PV & the tequila tasting prior to leaving was a great bonus!

ATV Jorullo Bridge Experience – Highly Recommend! - We had an amazing time on the ATV Jorullo Bridge Experience in Puerto Vallarta. The day started with an on-time pickup and a 30-minute bus ride to the site. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a non-alcoholic welcome drink and quickly split into groups. After a short tutorial, we hit the trail. Pro tip: Wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty—it’s a very dusty ride. Thankfully, they provide helmets, goggles, and scarves to help with the dust. We rode for a while before reaching a stunning body of water where people were cliff jumping and diving in. We spent about 25 minutes there enjoying the scenery before continuing the ride. Next stop was a small hut where we took a short break—snacks, water, beer, and tequila were available for purchase, along with gorgeous views. Then came the highlight: the Jorullo Bridge. It’s massive in person—photos don’t do it justice. We crossed it in single file and made our way back to the starting point. The entire ATV portion took around 2 hours. Afterwards, we had about an hour to 1.5 hours before the bus arrived for pickup, which gave us plenty of time to relax, grab lunch, and enjoy drinks at the on-site restaurant. The food menu included—tacos, nachos, wings, fries and alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. Before heading out, we were treated to a complimentary tequila tasting (5–6 shots!) and ended up grabbing a couple of bottles to take home. We booked through Viator—everything was smooth and professional. Highly recommend this experience if you’re looking for adventure, scenic views, and a fun way to explore Puerto Vallarta.

Keep in mind - They give you a hard time if you don't speak Spanish, You need to be confident aggressive driver. Bring your bathing suit, there is a sweet little spot we stopped at and walked down to see the falls it is a great little swimming hole also bring water shoes. Lots of people came unprepared. Had a blast over all

10/10 Experience-RZR Jorullo Bridge - This was my favorite experience of my entire Puerto Vallarta trip! The sights were amazing, the staff were all fun and friendly! The photos they take during the experience are also very good quality so they are worth the purchase! Would definitely do this again and recommend it to anyone in PV who is thinking about going!

Awesome experience driving through mountains and getting wet with river. Cool action shot pics - A small hike down to river and back up which may be difficult. Otherwise, awesome experience. Never driven a razor and was so much fun with a group.

Only 1 hour of actual driving & charged double for non refundable fee - Well...this tour was very disappointing. The bridge is NOT as steep as the pictures make it look! Firstly we arrived to the Canopy River office & it appeared closed, however we eventually heard voices & managed to get in the door. I had the paperwork printed out & the women behind the desk informed me... that was not my 'ticket'. I explained that was all i had been given. I frantically searched my emails, she then advised that the tour did NOT include the bridge. I advised her that it did & pointed to this on the printed email. She said 'no that is the name of the office/company' As far as i'm aware it is called 'Canopy River' not 'Bridge' . She then emailed someone & they confirmed the documentation i had was correct & sufficient Eventually the transport came to pick us up from office (slightly late) We were shown the toilets & were slightly rushed trying to get changed, etc. I asked where the lockers were, as it was stated that lockers were available, the 'lockers' were a wooden barrel where everyones stuff is shoved into 1 place, not quite what i would class as 'lockers' We have completed many ATV tours & came prepared with our own bandanas & safety goggles. It is VERY dusty, actually TOO dusty, at various points you cannot even see the person driving in front of you, slightly unsafe. Lucky if we got 1 hour of driving on the ATV. Very disappointing, considering tour was supposed to be 5.5 hours, i assumed we would get 2-3 hours driving (with breaks along the way, of course, to allow bikes to cool down) The final stop was sitting at a pool/restaurant for nearly 1.5 hours waiting for driver to take us back to PV centre. Whilst sitting they tried to sell us our pictures they had taken at 20 US$ per picture. Considering the price of the tour, i think everyone should have received 1 picture of themselves on the ATV for free. Lastly the staff constantly kept asking for tips & that they needed the money for their families, they made it sound as if they do not get paid Overall wouldn't recommend this tour, out of the 10 + ATV tours we have done this was definitely the most over priced & under whelming :( P.S since returning i noticed on their website it states "the largest hanging bridge in Latin America", where as on their office building door it states "the longest hanging bridge in the world" 2 different statements. Another negative is that we should have only been charged 10 US$ (non refundable) per person for damage insurance, however we were charged 20 US (non refundable) per person for damage insurance. Please be careful what they are charging you.
