great experience - great experience. got to see a lot of the city and learn about its history. wonderful tour guide who spoke both english and spanish. only downside is that it does last about 7 hours in total, 9-4:30 for our group. which is misleading when it states it will take only 5 hours. 2 photographers are also with the group and take wonderful photos, which is an upcharge that i feel was worth it.

- The trip was at a pace where it wasn't really fast. It was just right. We were able to visit many places throughout the day and they were all very nice. I would highly recommend this tour of Puerto Vallarta it was a wonderful experience.

Best city tour!! - This was a wonderful tour, we learned a lot of the history of Puerto Vallarta. Our driver was amazing, driving us through the mountains, we got the most amazing and beautiful views of all Puerto Vallarta. Our guide Erik was amazing, we received but the best service from him at all times during our tour. Simply amazing experience!!! Will definitely recommend. Thank you Erik.

A Rainy Day - Good history shared about the founders of Puerto Vallarta. Excellent meal at Rancho Verano despite the torrential downpour and too many steps.

Tour of downtown Puerto Vallarta - We had very little time to tour the center. The guide made us waste a lot of time at the tequila distillery and a jewelry store. Then he took us to a town called Mislaoyalo or something like that for lunch...unnecessary.

Mostly shopping stops - They stopped at several places. Most of them were just tourist shopping stops that you can usually get to on foot if you’re staying in downtown PV. The highlight of the trip is a tequila tasting, which is fun, but not what I was really looking for. The person who tasted the tequila with us was very entertaining. That was followed by a lunch, which was OK if a little overpriced.

A disappointing experience - I booked this tour for my family. We were picked up from our accommodation and taken to a central location to board vehicles for the tour. Despite the scheduled 9am start time for the tour we started at 10am due to waiting for passengers on the pickups. We were loaded into an aged mini bus. Despite being the first picked up, somehow we got loaded into the back seat of the bus. The air on was working to some extent but at the back of the bus it was hot and stuffy. At our first stop I tried to move to a forward seat but was told by the driver to remain in the same seats for the day. The streets and roads around Puerto Vallarta are far from smooth and it was a very uncomfortable ride. The sights were great and enjoyed that port of the tour but the driver had absolutely no consideration for our comfort. Despite bringing this to his attention on numerous occasions, intend of offloading us first to our accommodation, he elected to drop last on, first off which I found unnecessary. The mini bus was quite old and not to a standard expected for this tour.

Tour is a con! Beware! Not 5 hours! Not without lunch! Extra money and time needed for lunch which is not optional - The tour description says tour starts at 9 am but we were picked from hotel at 9 and taken around town for 1 hour before tour started. The tour specified without lunch and 5 hour tour but tour went on for 7 hours and that too because our hotel was first stop on the way back. Without lunch was the name of the tour but in fact the tequila factory had lunch at additional cost and you couldn’t come back if you don’t want to have lunch. You stay around and wait while rest of the people in van are having lunch so you are forced to buy lunch. Do even though we were in an all inclusive resort we ended up shelling extra money for lunch. The sightseeing was only at malecon boardwalk. Rest of the places we were shown were all shops for buying things where you shell out more money. Tequila making was more like tequila tasting. Tour Puerto Vallarta - Disappointing Tour Experience I was really looking forward to this tour, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. The minibus was extremely cramped, making the ride uncomfortable—especially over longer distances. The limited air conditioning made it even worse, particularly in the heat. Another major issue was the amount of time wasted waiting—both at the initial pickup and at every stop along the way. We spent far too much of the day sitting around waiting for others, which significantly cut into the time actually enjoying the sights. Overall, the experience felt poorly organized and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this tour unless some serious improvements are made to the transportation and scheduling.

It was not pleasant at all. - This was a bad experience. We were to be picked up an hour before the tour. 2 hours later we’re crammed into the back of a minibus with no air at the back. Asked the driver if we could all switch seats after each stop. No. Because of the late start, stops were cut short not leaving much time to explore. We were first to be picked up and wee asked the driver to drop us off first. No. Another hour on the bus dropping late people off. You take a big risk with this tour and we do not recommend this tour company.
