Best Tour guide! - Nino Ventura was an amazing tour guide!! It was a great day with many sights and then a great lunch!! He also has excellent English!

great experience - great experience. got to see a lot of the city and learn about its history. wonderful tour guide who spoke both english and spanish. only downside is that it does last about 7 hours in total, 9-4:30 for our group. which is misleading when it states it will take only 5 hours. 2 photographers are also with the group and take wonderful photos, which is an upcharge that i feel was worth it.

- The trip was at a pace where it wasn't really fast. It was just right. We were able to visit many places throughout the day and they were all very nice. I would highly recommend this tour of Puerto Vallarta it was a wonderful experience.

Pleasant - Good tour, although it is not by emblematic places of the place, rather it looks like sales tour. It was still nice.

A Rainy Day - Good history shared about the founders of Puerto Vallarta. Excellent meal at Rancho Verano despite the torrential downpour and too many steps.

Tour of downtown Puerto Vallarta - We had very little time to tour the center. The guide made us waste a lot of time at the tequila distillery and a jewelry store. Then he took us to a town called Mislaoyalo or something like that for lunch...unnecessary.

Not well organized. ... - Not well organized. Directions to get to them was terrible. I think they should have been there ahead of time. Tour was mostly a shopping tour. Not very friendly. No water was provided and it was very hot. Poor A/C in the van.

Not the best tour. - Mostly shopping stops. Guide’s English was fine but difficult to understand with his accent and the air conditioning noise and road noise. He was very knowledgeable but hard to hear and follow. Wouldn’t recommend.

Waste of time and money - We have booked this tour through their sales rep in our hotel. He explained that it includes visit to the malecon, to a chocolate factory, coffee farm and tequila making ranch. They wasted our time in a jewelry store in the malecon that wants to sell me a necklace of fire opal for $3500 US dollar, what a joke! They took us to a plaza with a chocolate store that sales Dubai chocolate bar for 300 pesos. Then to a store that shows you a couple coffee beans and they planted 5-6 coffee plants. The store sales everything 6 times the price ( we bought similar items from the malecon the night before. Tequila tasting that they sell for $1000 pesos ( worth 200 pesos max). Then wasted 2 hours just because one of the couples decided to have a $1200 pesos lunch. Emma the tour guide lacks customer service and I won’t recommend her. There a plenty of tour companies out there and it’s wise idea to do some search before booking the tour.

Thieves - They never came to the hotel to pick me up, they never communicated, nor do they answer the contact points. What a bad image they leave for tourists. I doubt they'll return the reserve money, because no one answers
