The best time ever! - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CANOPY RIVER! their activities are so much fun and their friendly staff positively adds to the experience. Our group did ATV along with the zipline + mule ride experience. I had the best time ever. Alex really made me feel comfortable and safe during the ATV experience. The whole group: Freddy, Ivan, Pedro and Johnny made our zip line experience one to remember. They were so fun, encouraging, and nice. I’ll always remember this excursion. Thank you to all the staff!

Enjoyed The Experience - I enjoyed the entire experience. We did the ATV Riding and Alcohol tasting. Our host was Kevin and he did a great job. He kept us entertained throughout our entire experience.

Total excitement! - We did the rzr, zip line, and mule ride tour. It was AWESOME!! Our guide on the rzr part was so sweet (believe his name was Ivan). He was also professional and made sure we followed his lead and stayed safe. Next was 11 zip lines and we switched to a new group of guides. They covered all the safety guidelines first and made sure our helmets and harness were on properly. IT WAS A BLAST! It was scary but my husband and I felt safe at all times. Next was a mule ride up the mountain which was very relaxing after all the excitement of the zip lines. We passed on the tequila tasting as we had a shot at the bar during the rzr ride. Side note: the tequila was very smooth. We highly recommend this tour and other tours at Canopy River- we did just the mule ride a few years ago.

Javier and Jerry were the best guides EVER!!!! - My 14 year old triplet daughters and I did the zip line tour. Our guides- Javier and Jerry ( brothers) were amazing. They were kind and patient and encouraging. We felt safe the whole way. Super fun and exciting tour. The hikes between the zip lines were an added bonus. The guides made the experience perfect for our family. Thank you for an amazing day!!!!!!

So much fun - Charlie, Arturo, Ana, and Kathia were amazing. They made our trip so much fun. We had such an amazing time zip lining, this is by far the best place to zip line in Puerto Vallarta. Best guides, safest, and best lines in the city. You will not find a better place.

Zip line, horse ride, lunch - Hector was great with the photos. Ivan y Juan Diego were excellent guides. Definitely a must do while in PV. My brother got a dry fit after for a great souvenir

Stay away - If you care about your safety, this is not the place to go. We have done other tours with them in the past and they were great. But the Outdoor Adventure tour is unsafe. Guides didn’t have us strapped in on the platforms, lightening all around us and still continued the tour- it was so bad the power was knocked out. The roller coaster zip line is the biggest issue. My daughter was not strapped in correctly and she broke a tooth because of it. The guide said it wasn’t the first time either. Stay away
