Excellent adventure!!! - I signed up for the single ATV tour, this booking was through Gray Line Vallarta. The ATV tour was excellent and adventurous, all I'd hoped for! It's a fun road but also very curvy and rocky going uphill and downhill. Even if it's hot and humid out, you won't be hot while you're driving the ATV. The waterfall was gorgeous and the weather was perfect for a swim. There are also cliff jumping opportunities. The only thing that I felt doubt with was confirming my reservation through Gray Line- the email address listed was no longer in service so it needs to be updated and the first phone number wasn't reachable. The second phone number they provided was, but I had no idea if it was Gray Line or not since on the voicemail greeting no one identified themselves as Gray Line Vallarta. Other than that though everything went well and I'm definitely going to book another ATV tour the next time I visit Puerto Vallarta.

Dalia at The Westin Puerto Vallarta - First off, Dalia at The Westin Puerto Vallarta, had very excellent customer service. My group and I didn’t know what to do but Dalia was able to assist us in making plans like this ATV ride. Thank you Dalia. 10/10 service!

ATV ride is great! - The ATV ride was better than expected! It’s not a leisurely ride…it’s fast and fun! Truly dusty but the bandanna takes care of that!

Fun activity - My husband and I enjoyed this excursion. Overall a fun experience, we rode the ATV for aprox 2 hours, unfortunately we forgot to bring swimshorts with us so we did not jump from the waterfall but that part was still enjoyable. After the ride in ATVs you get to have drinks and food at the place's restaurant, the food there was ok. Our tour guides were really nice and helpful. I recommend doing this excursion, however we were told that there is a different experience with the same company that includes other fun activities (like zip lining and going over the suspension bridge) so I would recommend looking for those if you have the time.

Amazing Excursion! - Horrible ride up the mountain, bumpy bumpy bumpy and it was all open. Encountered some storms and we got wet. Other than the ride up and down the mountain to the excursion, this excursion was amazing. I would say this ride was intermediate to expert level based on terrain, rock and drops off the mountain we were riding around. Took us to a waterfall area that was absolutely beautiful. But because of the storms the water was rough and dirty and we could not swim. Food for purchase was very good. Tour guides were awesome and communicative. 4/5 starts, simply one being taken off because of the mode of transport to the excursion it self. Would recommend and would do again!

Not the best communication with Gray Line - Pay close attention to your paperwork. My travel agent booked this tour through this company and got a confirmation email, so we thought we were all set. Not really. On our sheet it said to call before going - that is because they do not list all of the information on the sheet. The tour time said 9 but you have to arrive an hour and 15 minutes early. I saw it when I was putting in my travel information, so we got there at 730 and the door was padlocked shut and our paper said 9. After waiting around, we went across the street to eat and when we went back, we had missed our time. Inside the office on the wall was a schedule showing the times. This really should have been on the outer door and our sheet. The lady in the office worked to get our tour fixed, and we were able to go to canopy river and enjoy our tour. When we tried calling the phone numbers for Gray Line no one answered, and no information was available. My travel agent was on the phone with me and was trying to reach out to them and get it taken care of and wasn't able to get any additional information.

The worst experience of my life! - Nothing I was in a accident! That wasn't my fault and the company didn't seem to care at all or even offer if I needed to go to the hospital! I'll never go back to this company again! I should have been compensated at the very least!

Discusting Experience, with Lying saleperson of Gray Line at Hilton Vallarta Riviera - I am utterly disgusted by the abysmal experience my family and I endured during the ATV tour with Gray Line Vallarta in Puerto Vallarta. This so-called "family" adventure turned out to be an absolute nightmare that left us furious and utterly disappointed. It's apparent that Gray Line Vallarta is more interested in swindling customers out of their hard-earned money than providing a worthwhile and enjoyable experience. Let's start with the outrageous $200 they charged for my son's ATV experience. We were led to believe that this excursion would be a fantastic bonding opportunity for our family. Little did we know that this money would be thrown into the abyss of their utter incompetence and deceit. Our plans were crushed when, upon arrival, they decided to suddenly deny my son the right to ride the ATV, citing his age as the reason. Excuse me, but isn't this the same company that explicitly informed us, through their salesman Lorenzo Silva Arechiga, that the minimum age for riders was 16 and a driver's license was required? So, which is it? Is this a case of gross misinformation or an intentional scheme to swindle unsuspecting tourists? The audacity to refuse my son his rightful ride, especially after taking our money without hesitation, is beyond infuriating. We had come all the way to Puerto Vallarta, excitedly anticipating a fun family experience, only to be slapped in the face by Gray Line Vallarta's blatant disregard for their customers. The fact that they refused to provide any compensation or refund for services that were blatantly not rendered adds insult to injury. It's as if they were mocking us, reveling in our frustration and disappointment. Gray Line Vallarta's lack of transparency, their misleading information, and their unapologetic attitude have left an indelible mark of disdain in my mind. This experience serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering booking an excursion with this unscrupulous company. Save yourself the trouble, the heartache, and the money, and steer far away from Gray Line Vallarta. They have demonstrated a complete lack of integrity and respect for their customers, turning what should have been a memorable family adventure into a sour memory that I'd rather forget.
