Upon completion of the necessary waivers, we will brief you on the itinerary, including the various stops we will make. You have the autonomy to decide the duration of your stay at each location or opt for an extended ATV ride in the mountains. For your comfort and safety during the ATV ride, we supply helmets, bandanas, and goggles. We will also demonstrate the hand signals that your guide will use for communication during the ride and instruct you on the operation of the ATVs before we embark on our journey.

This tour is suitable for all skill levels and offers an exciting ATV ride through dirt roads and mountainous terrain. Participants will have the opportunity to explore quaint villages and experience the authentic side of Mexico, away from the typical tourist spots. As a private tour, guests have the flexibility to choose how much time to spend at each location, whether it’s more riding or relaxing. Enjoy the natural beauty and wildlife of the Sierra Madres, with activities like river crossings or waterfall jumps. Conclude the adventure with a delightful tequila tasting!
- Minimum age is 16 years with driver’s permit
- At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
- Comfortable walking shoes are recommended
- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- A minimum of 2 ATV’s per booking (single or double riders)Bring bugspray
- Bring swiming suit in case you want to jump into the river

- OPTIONAL… Community families from EJIDO EL JORULLO are asking for 3USD per ATV to keep the off-roading in great shape, please bring exact change if you want to help them :)

Nobody better to rent from! - We had an all around great experience. The front desk staff was very accomodating! We contacted Jonathan to help change our original time, and there was no problem in getting that done. Our ride was with Franco and Minerva (Carmen) and they were both AWESOME, very knowledgeable in both the ATVs and the area. Another It was a tight private tour that was able to be amended however we wanted. I would absolutely recommend to family and friends!

ATV Tour with Rafael Ending in a Tequila Tasting - It was our (girlfriend and I) first time doing this sort of thing and what an incredible experience it was. Our guide, Rafael, was super cool and friendly. Once he realized that we knew what we were doing, he sped up his pace to keep the ride super engaging and exciting. The 2 stops we did were incredible. The first was like a little resort type of thing with river access in the Sierra Madres, where we got a couple of the house margaritas (delicious!), and the last stop was this small restaurant, also by a river, with a tequila tasting included with the price of the tour! We couldn’t help but pick up a few bottles of some of the tequilas that we tried out during the tasting. Overall, an incredible experience that I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to do an ATV tour while in Puerto Vallarta.

Great tour! - Had such a fun time! Our tour guides Franco, Sergio and Rata were awesome. The views were amazing and the tequila was amazing. Highly recommend this tour group.

Great experience - From someone who's done ATV riding excursions a few times, this one was probably the best one. Everything about this experience was amazing!!! The crew was very friendly, attentive, and made everything 10x more fun. The scenery of the mountains and creeks along the route was extremely beautiful, and the tequila tasting was like no other! Highly recommend!

This tour though!! - Been alot of places and done alot of excursions, and realizing the scenery and the guides make a world of difference! This is my 5th+ ATV tour but by FAR, the FAV! Sergio and Franko were so much fun, but hella safe & attentive too! The views, AMAZING…route not too wet nor too dusty! The tequila, DELISH! The food, SCRUMPTIOUS & FRESH! Private is the way to go for a big family. 6 of us with 1 first timer & such a blast; wouldn’t change a thing! Thanks XRPV team for a fantastic time from check-in to check-out!!!!!

Unforgettable experience, makes me want to go back to PV! - We had an amazing tour with Jose (el chicken). He took us everywhere around the mountains, guiding us, stopping to show us cool places and also sharing his knowledge. We stopped for a tequila tasting and then we got some food (not included) that was AMAZING, I believe Octavio was our restaurant keeper, amazing guy! The food was delicious too, vibes were great, and my mom and brother even got a birthday song and an additional shot!
We were so happy with the trip. My dad (who is blind) had the time of his life. 100% recommended!

This tour was a major highlight! - This was one of the highlights of the week my brother, cousin and buddy visited me in PV. Franco was an incredible guide. Amazing guy. Awesome tequila tasting with Jose. Overall it made for an epic Saturday! Highly recommend.

Must do ATV tour! - This is the place to go for ATV tours in PV. Franco was the best tour guide very friendly and professional. He took us up the mountains, stopped at view points told us the history about the surrounding areas. Restaurant/bar stops were awesome. Do not miss out!

Great experience! Go during the wet season! - First off, our guide, Jose, was awesome! Very patient and helpful to us all throughout the excursion. The ATVs worked great, the route chosen was fun, and the stops along the way were cool as well. I rate this as four stars mainly because of the season that we went. April is the end of the dry season and that meant a lot of what we aimed to see was out of its prime season. Rivers were low, roads were dusty, and greenery was lacking. Still, I have no complaints about the efforts of our guide or the route chosen in general. I simply recommend that one does this tour outside of the dry season. ALSO. The photos are a completely optional part of the experience, so I won't remove stars for this, but be aware that the photos are VERY expensive. One photo for $50usd or the whole package of them for $100usd. Great photos and our photographer did a great job when he was showing them to us, but simply be aware that photos are pricey!
