The best tour leaders and most amazing experience! - I can’t say enough about this experience nor about the your leaders Catherine “La Taina”and Richard. Everything about it was challenging and exhilarating but without them I would have felt lost. Their help was immeasurable and they motivated me from the strenuous hike through the rope swing, which is something I hadn’t done yet but now I’m hooked, pardon the pun. You will not regret choosing this your! I’ve already recommended it to my friends!!

Must Try!!!!!! - OMG, this tour was amazing—an absolute must-try! I highly recommend booking with this company because of the convenience of being picked up and dropped off right at your stay. Our tour guides, Juelz and Richie, were incredible—super knowledgeable, funny, and friendly. Like Juelz said, “Go big or go home!” And I did just that. I’m not a strong swimmer, but I still got to enjoy the water slide and even jumped off a cliff! The guides made sure I felt safe, providing a life jacket and waiting in the water for that extra reassurance. If you book this tour, definitely ask for Juelz and Richie—you won’t be disappointed!

Hike - Tour guide was excellent. Informative fun and safe. Water activities so fun!! We would’ve liked to hike more but fun nonetheless!

A fun and beautiful adventure! - We had so much fun on this adventure! Our guide Richard got us there early and ahead of the lines, and he told us so many fun facts about the rainforest and Puerto Rico! He also instructed us on safety and how to go down the slides, rope swings, etc without getting hurt. And if you're not into all of that, you can hang out by the river and wait for the rest of the group. The small group was honestly ideal as it allowed us to get ahead and through on the hike faster without having to wait for bigger groups to pass. We got picked up right from our hotel which was a huge convenience, especially because we were able to leave our stuff on the van during our hike and have a change of clothes and snacks that we didn't have to carry the whole time. After our adventure, Richard even sent us all a long list of recommended restaurants and places to go in PR, which was so helpful! Highly recommend :)

Fun, safe, and easy exploring of el yunque with the best guide (shoutout Eliu!) - Highly recommend this tour of El Yunque! Our guide, Eliu, was the best! He was knowledgeable, fun, and helpful to everyone on the trip. He even hooked us up with some recommendations after the trip, so book this early in your stay. He was super communicative before the trip all the way up to the pickup time. Excellent driver on those winding roads up to the rainforest. Don’t sleep on this trip out there to have fun and jump into the most beautiful clear and cool water! Highlight of the trip for sure.

Don’t use this company ! - Terrible user experience. Booked the small group for wife and I and paid $89 each, substantially more than similar tours. The morning of, when I called at 815am bc the pickup was not clear, the gentltman said he was going to call me bc if anothe rosin didn’t sign up in 45 minutes, they were cancelling the tour and we could reschedule or get a refund. I explained we didn’t have time to go the next day, and were leaving, and I paid for a small group , and nothing other website said that the tour would be cancelled other than safety or weather. On my own, I offered to pay for half of the imaginary 3rd person so we could go. He checked with the manager who was busy, and the owner said no. Bc I had not time to get another trip booked on this terribly short notice, I paid and extra 89 Carlos picked us up at 10am ( was scheduled for 11am but again terrible communication) and the water experience was good overall. No issues with him, except other groups that I’m sure charged less proved fresh cut bananas and pineapple at the water, which appeared to be a nice little plus. No extras for us and out expensive small group. Helmets were old as well. But the experience was fun there. I’m writing bc the owner cared more about canceling a trip with literally an hours notice more than making sure customers could go on a trip they booked and paid significantly more than other groups. And the 3rd imaginary person I could even pay through the travel agency. Instead of charging 45 (half fo the imaginary 3rd person) or even 70 ( the amount they actually receive from Trip Advisor or Viator), they charged the full 89. I’d give them 1 star for the extortion way they handled this knowing I couldn’t reschedule, and of the course the owner didn’t even call be himself to deal with this. But Carlos was nice, so I added a star. I would not use this company as I think they care less about the customer than others.

Horrible time management - Did not even go on the experience, our tour guide also did not contact us at all, Viator contacted us to contact our guide, which we did who then told us he’d pick us up at a certain time and 2 hours later still has not picked us up. unprofessional and not good at time management.
