BioBay canoe - The tour was AWESOME!! My almost 4 year old granddaughter was along and did great! It was magical for her. If you are taking the ferry from Ceiba, you will need to do the 6:30 pm tour to make it back to the ferry in time for the 9:30 pm return trip to the port in Ceiba. Finding a taxi to take back to the port after the tour was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE!! Taxi with operator was ‘down’ ( what does that mean???), other taxi companies were no longer ‘working’, which makes no sense when you still have a ferry leaving Vieques at 9:30 pm. If you reserve a taxi to the port ahead of time, make sure they will wait for you after your tour is done-ours didn’t!.

Great experience - Small groups, informative and fun. From check in to drop off very professional and organized. The clear boats make this an awesome experience.

Excellent Service - Amazing experience! Watching the glow of the bioluminescence under my canoe was like going through warp speed, and the light trail from our paddles was like manta rays made of light. This truly was a magical experience. Thank you especially to Kimberly, who helped us through a same day reservation, and to Luis, a great storyteller and guide.

Amazing Biobay tour! - We took the 6.30 pm tour and it was absolutely worth it! Took the noon ferry from Ceiba, and explored a bit before we headed for the tour. Kimberly was a pleasure to chat with and Luis is a young fantastic tour guide, who spent more time than he should have trying to help us take pictures. The bioluminescence is worth every hype and we were lucky enough to go on a day with no moon and the rain added the extra special effect. We almost lost our pre booked taxi cos we spent much time on the water, Javier and his team tried to help arrange another taxi so we don’t miss our return ferry! If time allows, 7.30 tour might be a better bang for your buck, since sunsets are later during summer but you might have to stay back on the island and book accommodation for the night if planning a later tour. Also, would recommend prearranging a taxi for pick up and drop off, if you are dependent on the ferry. Fantastic experience with the team and 10/10 recommend, for Luis.

Awesome biobay tour! - The biobay tour experience was great! The clear bottom kayaks were the best way to experience the bay. Luis was a very knowledgeable and awesome tour guide. Our family loved it! The only thing is other tours included the return trip to the ferry in the price and this one didn’t. Be prepared to pay $10 per person to get back but well worth it because you aren’t getting a taxi back that time of night.

Beautiful bio bay tour - Bio Bay was incredible! Very magical experience. There are lots of companies that will take you out. This one had really nice, new looking clear kayaks and a relatively orderly process. I wish there was more rowing instruction time or option to go with guide for folks who were less comfortable rowing. Our guide was very knowledgeable and funny but it was hard to hear him at times. Overall a great experience!

The bioluminiscent bay is... - The bioluminiscent bay is always amazing, turns out it's brighter in dry season but still it's super sparkly in new moon (we went in May). The shop was kind to call us as we were getting there right on the last minute. What made this average is that the guide's light maybe discharged or died out, but we couldn't see it anymore and he didn't say anything. Usually this is a chill time guides take while people kayak around, but everyone was around him not moving because we were confused about what was happening, did not see his light and didn't want to get lost. With better instructions and working light would have been way greater.

Good Kayaking Experience Marred by Delays and Extra Charges - The tour was supposed to start at 8:30 PM, and we were there by 8:20 PM. We didn’t get on the van until 8:50 PM. We got on our kayaks around 9:30 PM and were back by 10:30 PM. The experience on the water was very good, and the guide on the tour was informative. We booked a cab to our Airbnb for around 10:15 PM because we were told we would be back by then. However, we only got back at 11:00 PM, and our cab was canceled. We requested the tour guides drop us back at our Airbnb, which was less than a mile away. They charged us $40 for this. I was upset because my cab was canceled due to the tour not keeping to the schedule, and on top of that, they charged a significant amount for the drop-off.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM - I really liked having seen the bioluminescence, however the experience with you ADVENTURE VIEQUES left a lot to be desired, as it felt a totally emotionless experience, but just something totally commercial. We were at most 25 minutes inside the kayak when we had been offered 1 hour effective in it. Everything was too fast and they take away the beauty of the experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM
