Best Tour in the Dominican Republic - What a great trip. Rene with RV Tours was wonderful. He picked us up in an air conditioned van and gave us information about The Dominican Republic as he drove us to the Waterfall Park. The van was clean and comfortable. The Waterfalls were amazing. Jumping, sliding, and swimming. It was a hike to get to the falls but totally worth the walk. When we went on the waterfall tour Rene waited in the van and took us on a quick tour on the way back to the cruise ship. We will recommend this trip to anyone we can!

Great time, refreshing enjoyment of nature. - We had an intimate group, which made it close. The guides and photographers were fun and personable. The pick up was easy and effortless. Even though the water was low in off season we made the most of it, getting the fullest experience. The staff looked out for our safety. But, the scenery - unreal, was amazingly spectacular!

Amazing family fun at the Damajagua Waterfalls - Had an absolutely wonderful experience with RV Tours DR. Our driver Rene was fun and entertaining. He gave us a lot of info on the area as he drove to the falls and had a cooler full of cold drinks for us to enjoy. He also helped us secure a photographer to follow along and take lots of photos and videos of us during the excursion. I would highly recommend this activity to everyone!

Great day at the waterfalls! - Rene picked us up right outside the Amber Cove gate. It was just our 3 family members plus 2 from another family. The van was nice and cold and drinks were immediately offered. I had emailed several times before the trip and Rene answered all my questions and made me feel safe and confident about booking with them. Rene walked with us to meet Alexi from the waterfall tour and made sure we knew that the van would be locked and safe while we were gone. As soon as we returned, Rene immediately met us at the bottom of the trail. He made us feel comfortable while waiting for the buffet and had the car nice and cool before our trip back to the port. The time whole time we felt safe and well taken care of!

Book with RV tours, you won’t regret it! - Rene and RV tours were amazing! From the time we booked to our last drop off, everything went very smooth. Rene texted after booking to confirm all our information. Then I received several other texts leading up to the excursion confirming that we had all the directions and information we needed. My daughter and I met at the pick up point and had perfect instructions. We felt safe and comfortable in the air conditioned van. Our tour was smooth and effortless. We LOVED the waterfall experience and our tour guide Alexi went above and beyond. He took pictures for us and my water bag got a big hole in it but he made sure to keep my phone and belongings out of the water so they weren’t ruined!! After, we had an enjoyable Dominican meal and cold beer at the buffet on site. We were served rum punch for the ride back to ship! I would definitely recommend this excursion and RV tours to take you!

Such an adventure! - Everything was so smooth and well communicated. They texted the day before and I was able to ask some questions about what to bring and what to expect. We had Jose as our driver and he was so accommodating and took such good care of us! He helped us to get situated and kept our things safe. We got there early off our cruise ship before the other tour groups. The hike was beautiful and they took lots of breaks. The water was so refreshing and beautiful. Our photographer Luilly (Luigi) kept us organized and took so many pictures for us. The tour guides were great too but they had a bigger group to handle so Luilly really helped us. Food was great afterwards. On the way back we had extra time so Jose stopped at a local plantation and we got to see some local plants and got some education. Overall just awesome! Thank you so much!

Wonderful experience, great tour company - Outstanding experience! The transport van is spotless, air conditioned and brand new. Rene provided incredible information about the area and it's rich history. Customer service was absolutely excellent and of course the excursion was breathtaking. The hike is longer than I expected but well worth it. Definitely recommend the tour and this provider. Telling all my travel clients.

Waterfall Excursion with RV Tours - This was an excellent time for our family. From the start Rene was very professional and knowledgeable! He made my family feel welcomed and confortable. The waterfalls were amazing to jump off and slide down. A+++

Wonderful experience - Was first time to not book with the cruise ship, but so glad we did it thru this company instead! Wonderful experience and felt safe and taken care of without all the large crowed groups from the ships excursions. Walked out of port following directions given and went to meeting spot where he had my name on a sign. We were picked up in a private nice clean a/c van just for our family and had our own personal driver. Had water bottles available for us. Liked being able to see some of the island on the 25 min trip to hiking trail. Got there and was able to leave our backpack and stuff in the van. Our driver stayed there to wait on us and van was locked and secure. I highly recommend to wear the tennis shoe type of water shoes with socks for the hike up and swim type shorts to protect skin on natural rock slides. . It’s a 35 min hike, but they gave us plenty of breaks on the way up so wasn’t too bad. Water is extremely cold at first but feels good once you get used to it. We went down 2 natural rock slides and walked/swimmed down a stream with natural rocks cut away which was neat. Then the last one was either another slide or jump and we all jumped. Very scary, but glad we did it. Was just the right amount of adventure for us. Our driver was waiting for us and escorted us to the place to eat. Then we ate at the buffet included and the food was very good and hit the spot. We were glad we didn’t do a longer excursion. It was just the right amount of time and then made our way to shops at port and back on ship for a nap.
