Better than Cruise Excursion - The hike to the Damajagua Waterfalls was absolutely beautiful! It’s only about a 30-minute ride from the port, and our driver was excellent. The waterfalls were so refreshing and beautiful, jumping into the water was unforgettable. I was even able to book last minute, and everything went perfectly. Much cheaper than the cruise excursion and with a smaller group, which made the whole experience feel more personal. Highly recommend!

Great experience - Great experience lots of fun. Our guide was very knowledgeable and help full. Started with a 45 mins hike up the mountain. After which the fun begins. Water is cold but you won't realize it. The waterfalls flow one into the other. Lots and lots of fun.

Love the 7 Waterfalls Adventure nice waterfall tour - Our 7 Waterfalls adventure with Ramon's was great. The hike was challenging at times, but the views and the excitement made it all worth it. We tried the ziplines for just $60 USD each — such a fun add-on! After the tour, we got to relax with fresh coffee, local hot chocolate, and a taste of Mamajuana. Our tour guide Ariel was kind, patient, and made sure everyone felt comfortable. A truly memorable experience — highly recommended!

The most fun we had in the Dominican Republic — 10/10 - We booked our waterfall tour through Ramon and had an amazing experience visiting 7 stunning waterfalls. Our guide and driver, Nestor, was super friendly and helpful throughout the trip. He made sure we were comfortable and even shared some great local tips. The zipline was such a thrill, and the waterfalls themselves were absolutely beautiful and refreshing. My whole family had a great time splashing around and taking in the views. wear proper water shoes! If you don’t have any, you’ll definitely need to rent them because The rocks are slippery.. Overall, it was an unforgettable day and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was an incredible waterfall tour - We didn’t really know what we were getting into at first, but it turned out to be one of the most unforgettable experiences we’ve ever had. We started by hiking up through some rugged terrain, and once we reached the top, the real fun began jumping off high ledges into crystal-clear pools and sliding down smooth, natural rock slides. It was a mix of thrill and pure joy. We wrapped up the day with some cold local brews and an incredible lunch spread full of authentic, flavorful dishes. Nice slides and jumps 100% Recommended.

Wonderful Waterfall Tour - Our water fall tour was fantastic! Ramon met us just outside Amber Cove's main gate and took us directly to the tour location in a comfortable van. He provided us some history on Puerto Plata and other points of interest along the way. We're English-speaking and found Ramon to be very fluent and easy to understand. When we arrived at the destination, he took care of ticketing, equipment, and getting us lined up for the falls tour. He also locked our backpacks in his vehicle so that we did not have to pay/use the facility lockers. At that point, Ramon handed us off to a team of tour guides, and we joined a much larger tour group (~50 people) to begin our hike to the falls. With our trip being in early June, it was hot/humid as expected, but breaks were taken every 5-10 minutes during the hike. It's a good idea to make sure you have a disposable water bottle for that part of the tour. You won't need sunglasses or a hat (even for the hair-challenged) as the entire hike is well-shaded. You'll also be wearing a helmet once you get to the falls. Once we reached the start of the falls, the tour guides collected the water bottles to free our hands to slide down and even jump (!) into the pools at the base of each waterfall. If you want to take your own pictures during this tour, you'll need to bring a waterproof camera or phone in a waterproof case. We were a little nervous about damaging our phones (i.e. accidentally hitting them on a rock), so we went phone-free. Some folks opted for having their own personal tour guide and a photo package so that they didn't have to take those pictures. The falls were awesome, and the cool water was very refreshing after the hot hike! At the end, Ramon was there to pick us up and take us back to Amber Cove. As part of Ramon's tour, we could have also taken a short trip to a tobacco plantation. We opted out because our primary interest was the falls, but for many, we're sure that would be a nice addition. Ramon helped us with everything along the way ... even helping us find a missing item that fell out of one of our bags during the drive. Don't forget your passport because you'll need it to get back into Amber Cove. Great experience, great value, and fantastic hospitality! Thanks Ramon!

Scam and Bad Service - Too bad. Once at the port came a man saying that our driver had left the keys at home and after waiting he rode us with a man in a taxi, apart from scamming us since what they announce is not what they give you later. I do not recommend it at all. Ramon's tours is called the Enterprise.
