Expert local company for Torres Del Paine - Me and my husband wanted to sight the Pumas of Torres Del Paine, and we found Freddie and Martitza's company on the internet and got in touch through WhatsApp. Right from the starts Maritza was very polite and professional and point-on on communication, suggesting a 3 day Puma-tracking private excursion to meet our needs. She arranged everything end to end, from a beautiful accommodation, to a knowledgeable English Speaking Guide for a complete experience. When I mentioned the high costs of staying near the park, she even recommended an alternative more economical way - staying in Puerto Natales and driving to-fro the park. This not only saved cost , but we got to stay in her beautiful accommodation. What I liked best about the team and experience that they are experts in their field, and yet so humble and warm. A great guide (Rafeal) helped us spot 6 Pumas, going beyond the usual to ensure we had amazing sightings, and beyond memorable experience of the park. Great end to end facilities including a yummy lunch on field made our days ! Will surely recommended to go with the company, whether it is a general tour of Torres Del Paine, or Puma Tracking. They are the best !

The most beautiful landscape in Chile. - We went on the family tour Maritza organized with Fredy in winter! It's a fantastic place with all that lush nature. Tourist agency organization, equipment and friendliness make a difference. In winter it gets even better with snow, less wind and beautiful sunny days. And best of all, the park has almost no tourists!! I highly recommend Pro Service and will be back soon.
