Good experience overall - The snorkeling was not amazing, but still good. However, I don't blame the company for this. Sometimes you just don't see a lot when you're snorkeling. I felt safe and the guide was kind and helpful. The lunch was delicious. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Definitely one of the best snorkeling tour - Undoubtedly, this ranks as one of the finest tours I have experienced. The captain and guide were exceptionally kind and accommodating. It was my mother's first snorkeling endeavor, and she initially panicked in the water. Remarkably, the captain devotedly guided her throughout, effectively providing a private snorkeling tour for an hour and a half. Additionally, the complimentary lunch exceeded our expectations with the inclusion of lobster. The tour was further enhanced by an unexpected tequila tasting session. The entire experience was simply amazing.

Reef Snorkeling at Puerto Morelos: A Lovely Day - Booked via TUI. One adult, a 14 year old and an 11 year old. Pick up time we had from hotel was 8.20am however the coach did not arrive until 9.30. We were told that this was an error with the collection time we were given, and we should have been informed which we we not, however once we were picked up, the day went well. You have to pay an additional $20 per person on pick up for taxes so factor this in. You alight at the port where you are taken to the boat and given life vest and snorkeling equipment. No sun lotion allowed but to be honest we were shaded on the boat so it wasnt an issue. Two stops for snorkeling. We saw a variety of fish on the reef: nurse shark, rays, barracuda, angel fish, parrot fish and many other beautiful fish i do not know the names of! Well organised and the guides keep the group together and help anyone struggling. Lunch was at the restaurant where the boat moors. We then drove a short distance to a small market for gifts if you wanted to purchase them before setting off back to the hotel. A nice little trip and glad the kids had the experience of snorkeling on the reef.

A highlight of our trip! - The snorkeling was one of the highlights of our trip to Puerto Morelos. They know the good places on the reef to take you to see a good variety of beautiful fish. We even saw some huge barracuda. The lunch provided was also among the best food we ate during our trip, perhaps the best food.

No pick up - We were told pickup at 10am… sat there for an hour and gave up. Tried to contact them for our money back and still waiting.

Didn’t even get to go - I messaged them 2 weeks before our excursion confirming, nobody got back to me. I messaged them again a week before our excursion, nobody got back to me. I had my boyfriend call and confirm that they would be doing the tour that day. The day before our excursion at 4pm that evening they said they only do the tours Thursday and Sunday, so we weren’t even able to go.

Horrible - While Viator indicates this tour starts at 10 AM, the company contacted me the evening before to let me know the hotel pick-up time is at 7:30 AM. When asked if I could cancel and switch to another day, I was told I could not. When asked why the pick-up time is so early I never received a response. I assume this tour spends hours picking up people at their hotels and dropping them off. It is misleading and false advertising for Viator to list start times and how long the tour will last when in fact those times are not accurate at all. Do better Viator.
