Fun fast paced adventure - Wonderful excursion! It was a fast paced adventure with lots of fun to be had. I’d say to come with water and a change of clothes for comfort. If you get in the cenote it is nice to have something comfortable to change into once you’re done and there are changing rooms/lockers for your belongings. We did not purchase any extra items from the stores like the gators or goggles to cover our faces and still had a great time with a little mud on our legs and feet plus showers at the end to help clean up. We did buy the photo package which is great cuz we left our phones behind so we wouldn’t drop or damage them along the way. We had a small lunch at the end which was fine, the portions are small so you can buy more tacos or drinks but we ate when we got back to our resort.

First Time Adventure - I had an amazing first time experience on this adventure! The zipline was way more fun than I expected! The ATV's was pretty rough but I truly enjoyed it. The tequila tasting was very informational. The performances were amazing to watch and very entertaining. The cenote, was not for me. My top latch on the life jacket came off when I jumped in and I panicked. I recommend that you all check every one's life jacket for safety issues and defaults.

Fun morning - It was a very fun morning. Transportation was great and on time! Our guide, David, was great, did everything to make this adventure fun😀 The cenote was incredible and the ret was very exciting as well. The restaurant part was a bit long though. Would do it again with David as our guide

Not as expected/described - Booked mainly for ATVs since it was only one in Cancun. Expected more but the road was mainly mud and huge rocks making it the roughest atv ride I’ve done (3rd time riding ATVs in Mexico in other locations) and it is not a true jungle location.. Think more kids on the pony ride going in circle at the fair. Maybe 1-2 feet of space between each atv. Booked with “what to expect” as ATVs (very muddy experience) zip line and “refreshing clean off in cenote” but was done backwards with cenote first.. meaning everyone was wet for rest of day only to get filthy on ATVs.. Absolutely loved our guide and the zip line was fun… but they immediately try to upsell you for double your booking price per person at additional $60-80 per person after hour long ride from hotel to desolate location. Try to sell you photos while eating after 4-5 hours of nonstop activity. Not allowed to bring phones on ATVs or zip lines (because then they have to sell you photos) although I took my phone on atv rides in puerto Vallarta on 4 hour atv ride in actual jungle not once but twice and still bought operator photos. So isn’t a “safety” issue. Wouldn’t recommend. Very long ride to location, non stop walking. Two tacos for entire day unless you upgrade your pre paid booking. Just no.

Can I have a tip? - Activities were fun, staff is good but it's a constant upsell and asking for tips every 10 minutes. Transportation took forever, disorganized.

Be prepared for upsells you don’t need. - Please disclose the extra packages that are pushed upon the tourists to buy the minute they arrive. Also that you’re not allowed to bring your cell phone w your to take any pics besides the cenote and digital pics from your photographer are $110 and how we are forced into a restaurant at the end and required to buy drinks and additional food so the photographer can come around and sell his pics. Or that goggles and scarves are encouraged to buy for $60 when they really arent needed. Great staff that work hard that are overshadowed by greedy company trying to upsell you on every aspect. When we asked the guy to shop he told us he was required to continue and do his job. If you can get past all of that or go in prepared the experience is a fun time and the staff does a great job.
