Great Experience - Had a great time during the trip, and great for someone doing a solo trip. If you book in advance you might be able to get a discount. The tour guide Lalo was awesome, he made sure to look out for the group he over seen, and also, kept the group hyped.

Overall positive - It was a well run operation and had fun. By the end I was getting tired from all of the times they try to upsell me on what seemed liked every little thing.

Good activities but tips… - The ATV, ziplining, and cenote swimming we did were all great activities with good time limit. Our tour guide was super nice and helpful as well. But what was terrible about this place is how much they ask for tips for every little thing and trying to trick you into paying more. For example, when we first checked in, the receptionist told us that our activities are in the order of Cenote swimming, ziplining, then ATV. But if we want to upgrade our package for $50 per person, we would end with Cenote swimming which would be better, and there would be more time for each activity and food included. We had a group of 8 people, therefore it would be tremendous amount on top of what we’ve already paid for. During the activity, we ended up doing the exact opposite of what she said— started with zipline, ATV, then ended with a swim in Cenote. Moving on, we were sat at the far corner and was not able to see the fire Mayan show. But the performers came around and asked for tips from everyone. Even at the end, I said I would leave cash tip for food service on the table, but the server stood there behind me until I left the tip. At some point, you had to tip for EVERYTHING. If I’m paying for an experience, why do I feel an obligation to tip every single person who has talked to me? Love the activities, but the persistency of asking for tips can definitely ruin your trip.

Honest Review. - Bryan, the tour guide was great! Very energetic and nice. Here's what they don't tell you...you have to pay for the locker. It's $10 but they do return the $5 if you don't lose your key. You also can't take anything with you. No fanny pack, no phones, etc. on the zip line and ATV ride. Kind of frustrating that they don't mention that before you book. You can take your things to the cenote, but you don't have any one watching your stuff....so beware! You also only get 20 minutes there. Also BEYOND annoying about tipping for every little thing. Waiter really stood there waiting for tip when we didn't order anything but a can of soda that he didn't even bring us.... Overall. Would I come back....No. I'd honestly try their competitor. Do I recommend it...maybe? Idk. The tipping was super frustrating. Like if you're providing great service then of course I'll tip for that but don't create a harsh environment when I don't feel like you've earned it. Just that simple. Like we did tip Bryan because he was fun and beyond sweet! Also loved Fernanda...definitely knew her stuff and we did end up buying some tequila!

Awful Awful!!! - Horrible experience, right from the pick up at the hotel where they sent a bus with not enough seats for all of us. Our option was to split the group up and do two separate excursions or have my wife sit on my lap. Unfortunately we decided to do the excursion. Awful experience, we chose shared atvs, they made two ppl sit on a one person atv instead of the atvs with 2up seats. The atvs were falling apart overheating and just pure garbage. We drove up and down the same stupid dirt road for 20 minutes. The zip lines were short and lame, they offer locks for $5 rental, a person in the group couldn’t get their key to work so the guide gave him and hand full of keys and told him to figure it out while he left with the rest of the group to start the tequila tasting. Eventually a new employee came along and just cut the lock off for him. The guy then accused my friend of losing the key *can’t make this stuff up* We than got to do the Tequila tasting while they tried to sell us $100 bottles of tequila. Finally we got to the cenote which was beautiful but we only got 20 minutes and had to listen to the guide yelling every 5 minutes about how much time we have. We get back, and go for the snack which was two very tiny terrible tacos. Brutal waste of money and terrible experience. No idea how it has so many 5 star reviews. Pay a taxi to take you to the cenote and skip this awful company all together.

I went with mi girldfriend two days ago, who doesn't speak English but speaks Spanish (the official language of Mexico). We asked our guide Ernesto, to give directions in Spanish, but he ignored our request 95% of the tour. At the end of the day, when he came by, demanding a tip from one by one —and I say demanding because when we told him we didn't want to tip him—he said, "IT ALWAYS HAPPENS TO US WITH THE..." and referred to our nationality. I honestly felt discriminated. I STRONGLY RECOMEND ANOTHER PARK WHERE YOU DON'T GET DISCRIMINATED BY RACE OR NACIONALITY
