Overall I recommend :) - Great value and experience overall. Every experience was 10/10. The only thing I didn’t like was we were only at the cenote pool for like 5-10 minutes because they count the time everyone takes to put on a life vest I guess. The second thing is they don’t give you at least one free bottle of water and that could be very helpful after hours of being out of breath.

It’s so much fun - The entire thing was very special we enjoyed the experience .. only issue was the drive its 2 hours to get there and 2 hours to return .. each hotel should be picked up separately that would save time

Fun Day of Activities - My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the thoughtfully paired activities. The schedule felt well-paced, allowing us to fully enjoy each experience without feeling rushed, even with multiple activities planned. We also appreciated that the trip was efficiently timed and didn’t take up the entire day, leaving us with some free time to relax or explore further.

Great adventures - This was an excellent adventure. Henry and team took great care of us as we went through the different activities. We started with horse riding through the jungle and then we went straight to the cenote for a nice refreshing swim. The cenote was perfect with nice cool clear water. Then we went onto ATVs, where you are guaranteed to get muddy. We finished things off with tree-line zip lining, tequila tasting and a great lunch! All in all it was a great adventure for all. Highly recommend.

You are not allowed to... - You are not allowed to bring your phone on any activities so you cant take your own pics. I didn't mind initially because they have a photographer but they don't tell you that you will be charged $25 per photo if you want them, or $90 for all of them! You also have to pay them a locker rent fee, ten dollars, and you get 5 back afterwards as you can't take your bag either. We did horse riding, zip lining, cenote, tequila tasting and atv. I would give the horse riding a miss, because it's literally just a very slow walk round the premises, on a man made path. The Cenote is beautiful, but don't bother with goggles because the visibility isn't great. There is a small artificial waterfall, a zip line into the water and a high board to jump off. They have showers and changing rooms, make sure to bring your own towel as they don't give you/don't advise you to bring one, and a change of clothes (if rain is forecast, bring more clothes because we got soaked and didn't have dry clothes!). ATV was fun, probably the best bit! Bring something to put over your face, I inhaled way too much fuel! The instructor is in front the whole time restricting the speed and making sure it's safe, so no worries there. I don't think they have two person ATVs so you don't have to pay extra to book your own one! Zip lining is also a lot of fun, very safe, a bit of tight rope stuff and flying through the trees, definitely book this part. The tequila tasting was very informative we learned the difference between a good and bad and real and fake tequila and tasted six different types - only little shots so we weren't dead by the end! They offer you to buy it there too. At the end, they give you lunch, but have a lot of other food to buy at the place as well if you don't want it. I would advise bringing snacks as the fries we had tasted like they were cooked in diesel, and the pork tacos tasted really really bad. They also play very loud music in quite an echo-y place and you can't really escape it, so bring loops or ear defenders if you're sound sensitive like me. That part was very difficult. Overall, it's good, but you're a bit rushed from one place to another and don't get much of a chance to absorb it, it was quite overwhelming by the end of the day, I fell asleep in the van return journey like a baby! They pick you up from your hotel but you spend ages going around getting other people on the way there and back, so frustrating and a lot of time wasted - if they could offer an option for everyone to meet centrally, and go from there, I think it would be better. The vans leak in the rain so make sure you don't sit under the roof join! The guides also don't tell you a whole lot, I would have loved more info about where we were, what was going on, the surroundings etc. they're more like facilitators. They are lovely though! I think I would recommend the zip lining, Cenote and ATV as a package without lunch, but obviously can't compare it to other providers.

Disappointing and slow - Horse back riding huge disappointment. It was a path around the polo field at a walk, not even 30 mins. I am a highly experienced rider and have had a lot more fun on cabo horseback rides than this. Very boring. Cenote and ziplines were fun, atvs very boring and slow. I also question cleaniness. I never saw helmets get sprayed off etc before plopping them on our heads

Horrible - I am shocked at the positive reviews. Our pickup was an hour late. They let you ride on an injured horse for 5 minutes, then you get 20 rushed minutes at a cenote and you’re supposed to change clothes in that time as well. We have kids and nobody helped us with life jackets or anything. Then we almost got run over walking to the ATVs by a park employee and they laughed at us. We left and I paid a $50 cab ride to get the F out of this not safe and not fun place. I got my money back through my bank as well. If you want to be treated like absolute crap, this is the tour for you. We had an excellent experience on a different tour but I would avoid this one at all costs. I also rarely write reviews but this place deserves this one.

Driver was 1 hr late to pick up, no guide on the shuttle, we were rushed in and out of each activity. No safe guidance. - Driver was 1 hr late to pick us up, with no guide or introduction on the shuttle. Shuttle was full & seats were wet and smelled from the rain. We were then rushed in and out of each activity to make up for time without any clear guidance or explanation. We traveled with children, so we hoped for some much better communication and safety regulations about all the activities. Once we arrived at the ATV and zip line location we were continued to be rushed along and the staff also seemed impatient. Without clear communication and proper guidelines for all the activities we did not feel comfortable or safe.
