Best time ever!!!! - Jorge, "Jorge of the Jungle" was a fantastic tour guide. Went above and beyond. I recommend bringing a towel, and that's pretty much it. Phones stay in lockers for ATV's and Zipline. Didn't bother me at all. Take phone for pictures at cenotes. Absolutely beautiful. Absolutely worth the price!!!!!

Great Times Had by All - This excursion was great for our family group of 8. They somehow kept us all together and our guide, Lalo, was the best. The highlights were the ATV ride and the Cenote swim at the end. Oh wait, I can't forget about the Tequila tasting too. It was very interesting to be able to learn more about Tequila. The best part was that you get to purchase some bottles to take home. Thank you Extreme Adventuring Cancun!

Fun Tour but Few things to note. - This was a fun activity to do in Riviera Maya. Although there are a few things you should know before booking this activity. Firstly you will be attacked with upsells as soon as you are dropped off in the main waiting area. Apparently, we had the "lowest option" which was the wild pass. Mind you there is no option to upgrade earlier they want to make sure you upgrade in person to sell you more stuff. This also did not include a locker (10usd) or anything you would need for this adventure. We personally upgraded to the "Buggy upgrade" which included a locker and a Buggy instead of a ATV this was 45USD per person. The Buggy was worth the upgrade because it was a lot more fun to drive the Buggy compared to the ATV plus it included the locker fee. Make sure you bring goggles and a mask to wear, otherwise,e you are going to have to buy it there and again the prices were expensive. Secondly, there was a cameraman who took our pictures throughout the activity and at the end of it all he wanted 80USD for 76 pictures.. which was crazy for pictures. We thought at most it would cost around 40-5Ousd. Also, there was no option for a physical copy of the photo so we opted for one picture just for memories which was 25 USD, again which is an outrageous price. Lastly, the food that was included was also only the option of fish or shrimp and it was only 2 small tacos. Although they advertise it like you're getting a full lunch you do not. Lunch also happened near the end of the tour which was about 4:30 pm so just prepare for that. We ended up buying chicken tacos, fries, and guacamole with chips and it was around 55 CAD. I personally wish they were more upfront with their pricing and the upgrade option but It is what it is. Please do bring a good amount of USD with you to this tour you might be able to negotiate better prices. Hopefully, this review was helpful.

ATV issues - The breaks on my ATV were not working so I had to drive slow to keep from running into the back of my husband’s ATV. We got to a point on the route and my husband’s ATV began to accelerate on its own. His breaks wouldn’t work. He decided to drive into the trees instead of the couple in front of him. This company charged us for the damages when we BOTH had defective vehicles. The whole trip wasn’t terrible, but the lack of accountability within the employees for the ATV was very disappointing. Rather than acknowledge the defects within the vehicle, it was implied that the accident happened because we are not “in the jungle” frequently.

Be prepared for upsell after upsell - Booked online, great pick up on time then the minute we get out of the van to check in - upsell. Said no, still pushed and told it was his job so he continued. Then were escorted to the gift shop and encouraged to buy goggles and scarf - again upsell - $13 for a thing scarf or you can packages. By the time we got to the lockers - which of course are $10 I was furious. Then add on the photographer that follows you to sell you pics at the end for $110 - because you can’t bring your phone with you. They literally made people in our group return their phones to their lockers or the staff would get in trouble. It’s a shame because the staff really do work hard and have a good attitude wanting people to have a good time. Note to management - Just charge me the extra price upfront and give me the goods, STOP THE UPSELL. And because I was so pissed about the upsells I didn’t buy the pics or tip and now here leaving a one star review. And clearly no one needed the goggles, or scarfs.

ATVs were terrible.... - ATVs were terrible. Suspensions veered to one side. Half the people in our group crashed and they managed to fleece on of them out of some money for the damages when the ATV wasn't in drivable condition in the first place. Careful when booking the ATVs arent in the best condition.

Won’t be visiting again - Our guide, "H," was rude, rushed us through activities, and did not provide the promised bridge experience. He also overcharged me for lockers, taking $20 instead of $5 and refusing to return my change, a problem others in the group also faced. Additionally, I was misled into purchasing a phone case, only to be told phones were not allowed, while exceptions were made for others. Despite reporting these concerns to staff, no action was taken. As we didn’t receive the full experience promised
