Amazing! - Even though we were a small group for the activity, we were treated with the up most hospitality. We did all 3 activities ATVs, ZIP lining and 2 cenotes, one covered and uncovered. I Just want to give a big thank you to the PUMA crew for taking care of my husband and I we had an amazing time. On our next trip to Cancun we will definitely be back to Boca Del Puma. Tony y Vero

Great price, great experience - For the price, it can’t be beat! We had the best time! I was a little nervous taking our 5 and 6 year olds but the staff made them feel incredibly safe even while flying 100 feet above the ground! They were kind, funny, and well worth the trip. It’s a smaller park but it made it that much more personal and fun đŸ€©

Great Half Day, for a nice price - Best Cenote in Puerto Morelos!!, we spend a half Day at this beautiful reserve, where you have the chance to interact with some spider monkeys, ride an ATV or do some ziplines paying a bit extra. We bought a couple of flavor tequilas at the Matises store, where we got as well some free gifts. Best spent dollars in Cancun

Awe-Inspiring Beauty, but No WIFI Connection!!! - The swim in mesmerizing cenotes was an incredible experience. The sheer beauty of the place left me speechless. However, it was a bit frustrating that in this day and age, the host wouldn't share the WIFI password, even though there were WIFI hotspots available. I spent a full 6 hours without internet, which was quite inconvenient for someone trying to check their emails in the 21st century.

Not the best but not the worst - The cenote was amazing to swim in and the eco park had a kind of offbeat, funky vibe that we appreciated. However, the trip details didn’t really explain that you had to spend 45 minutes in a jewelry store and another 45 minutes in a gift shop. That should be clearer. The food for sale at the park was delicious!

Not what expected - Maybe didn’t read the description properly BUT THIS WAS NOT A JEWLERY WORKSHOP. The bus drops you off at a jewelry store which you just browse for 45 minutes and look at overpriced tarnished jewelry. Then you must spend 30 minutes in a gift shop that sells tequila. Then after you get taken to a cenote in the middle of nowhere. The actual cenote location was quite run down and very small. Definitely 3 hours was too long to spend there. The driver was on his phone and drove very fast and even missed a turn almost because his lack of attention to the road. Beautiful cenote though even tho small.

Pickup had wrong info.... - Pickup had wrong info. After convincing them for 5 minutes that I booked and paid for 4 adults (they had 2) we were on our way. Took us to some fake jewelry shop. The topaz and opals were clearly fake and their is no way they would have dusty “precious” jewels there. Then went to a souvenir shop and had to wait an hr for the transport to the cenote. After that, it was amazing. Cenote was the only positive thing.

They never showed up. - The transport never arrived, we were in the pick up place 10 minutes early and stayed for almost an hour. We tried to contact them and until now we haven't recieved an answer. They have my number and email and never reached to us either. We lost the day because of this.
