Absolutely amazing day. One of the highlights of our holiday. - Absolutely amazing day. Friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. Well organised. Not crowded. Activities were great and varied and accessible for most people. Cool water of the cenotes was lovely, scenery was like a movie similar to Jurassic park. Lunch was good. Absolutely one of the holiday highlights. I really hope it can stay as it is, and it does not become busier so everyone can enjoy the day as much as we did. Well done and thank you.

Very disappointing… would not book again - Our experience started with bad communication. They told us to look for ppl in red shirts at pick-up but they were wearing green shirts so we went to the wrong pick up area. That annoyed the guide who barely said hi, did not introduce himself and would not accept the Viator voucher! Had to have ID! Pretty bad start after paying 600 USD for a family “fun” trip. Then the guide/driver proceeds to tell us that we won’t get to our 1st denote for another 2.5hrs as we have to pick up ppl on the way. None of that was clearly communicated upon booking. If it had, we would have booked something more local to Tulum. We had not had breakfast and the driver never offered to stop for a bathroom break along the way!! No water either in the van. The rest of day was mediocre. The cenotes facilities were nice but the cenotes themselves were crowded and not as clear as expected, we were followed by photographers the whole time and the guides ushered us from one place to the other like cattle the whole day. Of the 10hrs we spent on the tour maybe 4hrs were doing fun things, the rest was driving wet in a very crowded van and listening to the guide go through his script at high speed. The info shared was very basic with no real cultural interest. We felt like a number the whole time. The lunch was probably the worst food we had our whole trip. Subway type sandwiches and Russian salad. For 600usd, this was a terrible disappointment. Oh and they had the nerve to offer the digital photos for 150usd at the end of the trip. Complete tourist trap! Avoid!
