Top Notch Experience with Alan - Dude, today was seriously the best, even with the rain. Alan was a dope tour guide and fr made everyone feel special and welcome. Plus Alex was A1 with the photos he took, and for a reasonable price. I was feeling bummed that we had to leave around 2 but by the time I got back, I was zonked so it’s timed accordingly too. They really know what they’re doing 🫶

Definitely will be back - Everything was amazing. Very professional, on time and detailed on what we were doing all day. Special shout out to Flash and Raul our tour guide. They were awesome. Definitely will be back.

A lot of fun! - This was an exciting adventure. I loved that you controlled the speed/stopping of your zipline. The cenote was beautiful. Before we got into the water we saw turtles swimming around!

ATV, Ziplining, Tequila tasting, Cenote diving and Taco's!!! - Mr. O was a fantastic guide. He is full of life, energy and fun!!! He made our excursion 100x's better just with his positive personality.

Best Tour! - We had a blast! We suggest you do all three things. We had an incredible guide, Mr. O!! He was very enthusiastic and entertaining although out the day! You can ask questions and he will be happy to answer them! If you're into a little bit of history and fun this tour is definitely for you!

ATV, Ziplining, Cenote, & Tequila tasting - Mr. O was a Wonderful tour guide!! He had an Amazing personality. He was very informative & kept us entertained all while making us aware of what we’d be doing & giving us the rules!

Good friendly staff, poor execution and experience. - The staff and guides were wonderful and friendly, so this negative review isn’t in relation to them! However, the experience missed the mark on multiple occasions. It started poorly with the transportation. We received notification to be prompt and that the entire experience would take 6 hours (1 hour drive time there - 4 hours of adventure between the ATV, zip lines, cenote, and lunch - 1 hour of drive time back). My family arrived for our 7:45 am pick-up at 7:40 am, and the transportation was late. Instead of a 1 hour drive, it was 5 minutes shy of 2 hours! Why? Because whoever was in charge of logistics had us stop at 2 other hotels to pick-up other people. Then we stopped at a 3rd location to drop off a group of people for a snorkeling trip. Not a wonderful start! After we get to the adventure park, we elected to upgrade to a VIP experience for an additional $50 per person. This included a much smaller group (20 people vs 50+ people), storage lockers, a couple extra zip-lines, food, and alcoholic beverages were included in the VIP package. We started with ATV adventure, which lasted maybe 10 - 12 minutes tops. We were told part of the trail was closed when we got to a certain point. Then all of a sudden 3 separate workers came driving by, all with fire extinguishers. We had to turn wand head back the way we came. Our ATV adventure was over before it even began. Off to the zip-line course. The 5 courses were just ok. They were mediocre because of the length and height of the courses. They were short and not very tall. 3rd and file adventure was the cenote and tequila tasting. We jumped in a big military style open back truck. The drive to the cenote felt like it took longer than our ATV adventure. The tequila was good, but the cenote was underwhelming. Mind you, I’ve been on a few different yet similar Cancún adventures (involving ATV, Cenote’s, and zip-lines), this sadly was the least enjoyable and lacked execution. Again, the staff and guides were friendly. The 2 star review would have been a 1 star if it wasn’t for how friendly the staff was. We even tipped the driver and our guides after it was all said and done because the poor experience and execution wasn’t their fault.
