Cenote time is ridiculous short - This tour is a lot of fun, the only negative is that they dont give you any time at the cenote. They rushed for absolutely everything, They take you to the cenote and you have 25 min from the moment they park the bus. So literally you have to run.If there is a lot of people you have to wait and them they rush you back to the truck. But they take their sweet time trying to sell you tequila. If they want good reviews they need to reduce the time of trying to sell you tequila and at least give you 45 min in the cenote.

Not amazing but decent - It was cool. The upside was the people I got to meet. Tour guide was nice. When you arrive they ask if you want to upgrade to become "VIP" though I don't think the upgrade is worth it. It doubles the price you originally paid. The ATV portion is amateur compared to other ATV tours I've done. The trail is more of a circle you go around, so you won't be exploring anything. The ziplines were okay too. High enough if you don't like heights but still a bit lackluster, in my opinion. The tequila tasting/Cenote swim was the best part. But the cenote swim was rushed in order to get to the food and drinks. The "margaritas" tasted like pure mix, and by the end you don't really feel them (best bet is to get the canned beers). The tacos were decent. They had someone taking pictures, but by the end they wanted to charge 80 bucks for those. If they are going to label the experience as "VIP" I think the photos should be included to some extent. All in all it was cool but not worth the price. I'm sure there are better packages/tours to choose from.

Not bad - ATVs were not great. Bikes in very poor condition and sluggish The track that we went along was poor and you couldn’t get the best of it. Zip wires needed to be bit higher Cenote was brilliant. ( but we paid an extra 59 dollars for the VIP experience ) which puts you in a small group instead of a very big group. Tequila tasting ( part of VIP package was good. All in all would come back. But not for the ATV experience

Not Impressed. - As soon as we got off the pick up bus they immediately tried to sell us an massive upgrade! WAS NOT happy about that! Then once we were in the place then then tried to force us to buy goggles, bandanas and water shoes! ( BRING YOUR OWN!). This was ALL before we even got started! We then sat around for quite a bit before we started off with our tequila tasting which was just so so and wasn't anything special. We actually had a better tasting in Playa on 5th Ave., the day before. The Cenote was fun. The ATV was ok but very repetitive as they just took us around the same track like 3 times. FYI, those ATV DO NOT FIT 2 adults very well! I had to argue with the guide to put my husband and I on a completely different ATV just so I could fit and NOT be sitting on the metal bars! They really rushed us through the Zip Lines which sort of felt a little unsafe as I almost crashed into the tree as the person catching wasn't ready for me as he was still helping my daughter off the line! The 2 taco lunch is just ok. Street food was WAY better. The Show was meh. The highlight of all this believe it or not was the Pictures that these guys take! THOSE were worth the money! Which is why I gave this 2 stars. This is good for first timers experience BUT as someone who has done this before I expected better.

Disappointing - I would have given a 2 star review but the response from customer service was so horrible I really can not recommend this excursion. This excursion is advertised as the cheapest one of its kind but you should expect to pay at least double the advertised price due to hidden fees. We were told we had to purchase mandatory lockers and that lunch was NOT included (although it’s advertised). We were also told that there was a long bus ride to the cenote (at least 25 minutes) and that the cenote was public and usually has around 100 other people.
