Would do this again - Everyone was super friendly. We were greeting with a drink and some snacks, to which were then available throughout the trip. We didn’t see any dolphins, however, this didn’t ruin the trip. We had a great time. Would do this again and pay for this again just for the boat trip.

Excellent - boat trip to see dolphins with fabulous Hospitality! - This boat trip was one of the highlights of our holiday. We were picked up from a nearby location and taken to the marina where we boarded the boat. We were met with a Mojito as our welcome drink. There was also further Mojitos to be had, plus other drinks and snacks of sandwiches and fruit. We were able to see upwards of 20+ dolphins and the captain and crew were amazing. We had a lot of fun - trying on the captains hats and having photos taken. Excellent - highly recommended.

Do it!!! - Our journey started at a local bus stop, where we were picked up by a clean and comfortably cool coach, perfect for the hot day. After a 15-minute ride with a few pick-ups along the way, we arrived at our destination, joining another coach full of people. From there, it was a short walk to the catamaran, where our group of around 80 people had their tickets checked before boarding. Some passengers paid on the spot, but I had prepaid. It was sweltering, and we had to wait about 15 minutes before boarding. Fortunately, being at the front of the line allowed us to board quickly and secure the best seats at the front of the boat. As we boarded, the lively crew offered us two types of canapés and a choice of soft drinks, beer, or mojitos. We chose the mojitos, which were delicious but ran out about 20 minutes into the ride. If you enjoy your (soft) booze, make sure to get a refill quickly; the beer supply lasted longer. Approximately 45 minutes into the trip, more canapés were served inside the boat. While I eagerly searched for dolphins, my daughter grabbed more snacks. General pop and dance music played, and passengers began to relax on the ropes, occasionally getting splashed by the sea, adding to the fun. Although we didn't spot any dolphins, which would have made the experience perfect, the adventure was still enjoyable. Towards the end, the crew handed out delicious honey rum shots, which lifted my spirits. I later found the honey rum in a spa shop for around 7 euros. I also enjoyed a cigarette in the designated smoking area at the back of the boat. The captain, who looked like a seasoned sailor, was very friendly. Despite the language barrier, we managed to communicate through hand signals. The boat was impressive, and even when the sea became a bit choppy, the ride felt like a mini rollercoaster with thrilling tummy drops. Throughout the excursion, the crew and tour guides treated us with utmost respect and courtesy. I highly recommend this trip, even if you don't get to see dolphins. The experience is well worth it!

No dolphins make it somewhat boring due to lack of other entertainment. - We didn't see dolphins which is fine as we understand wild animals cannot be predicted however we felt as though lack of any other entertainment on the boat made this an experience you could have paid less for with other companies just to do the sunset tour as without dolphins it was just sitting on the boat as there wasnt really any other entertainment We did get some nice photos of the ocean view but just feel as though we could have done this on any of the other sunset tours for less of a price. Perhaps if the tour operators were able to give some information about the islands you pass or the volcanos or something it may be worth the price even without the dolphins but it was just sitting waiting really.

Boring, boring, boring - So, I get it. You can’t guarantee dolphins. You don’t have much control over a sunset. But (and here’s the most important part), you can take charge of the bits in between like some relevant coastal commentary or even looking interested in your passengers. Minus the dolphins and sunset, this was a boring booze cruise at best. A packed boat with the same people grabbing the free drink and then wondering why they were falling onto other passengers on board. Don’t bother with this trip. The deck hands were more interested in feeding the seagulls above boat than those of us on it.

A disaster: the food made us ENdus mala DEs and they don’t care to see dolphins - Crowded boat. Bad food to the point that 4 of us were sick all night and still are. Those are the four who ate sandwiches. ‘At the dolphin level, a bartender told me that they only saw EN once out of 5 and that this was not the priority DE his boss. And indeed they were not even trying DE look for dolphins. They made DE time DE time to time pretend searching but stopped quickly. A disaster. A real money pump. I wasn’t the only one revolted.

Searching fruitlessly for meeting point - We booked this for my 50th birthday. We turned up early and search for around 20 to 25 minutes until after the boat was due to sail but could not find a meet point (photos enclosed of where the link directed us, no pier in sight). The meet point shown on Google maps was incorrect and outside a restaurant and not near any boats or piers. We travelled up and down the waterside looking and the only sign was a dolphin ticket office a couple of minutes away which was shut but still no boat or pier. We eventually had to give up after the time the boat was meant to leave in frustration. Upon arriving home, sent this message to both the operator and booking company but refund rejected. A waste of our money and time on my birthday.

ILL-TREATMENT DRIVER BUS - A dangerous experience and unacceptable treatment by the bus driver. Our experience with the bus transfer from Puerto del Carmen to the hotel was very unpleasant and worrying. The driver made the journey at EXCESSIVE SPEED, overtaking other buses and cars. The driving was so reckless that several passengers ended up dizzy and feeling insecure throughout the journey. Faced with this situation, several of us politely asked you to please slow down a bit. Instead of answering with understanding, he became AGGRESSIVE, making absurd comparisons with planes and ships saying that when we get on a plane we don’t tell the pilot how to fly and ended up screaming that he’s the boss on the bus, even letting loose vulgar expressions totally out of place. This type of behaviour is absolutely unacceptable in any public service, especially when passenger safety is at stake. We hope that the company will TAKE ACTION in this regard and that situations like this will not recur.
