A brilliant, unforgettable experience - A brilliant experience. Our tour guide, Amanda, was engaging and knowledgeable, covering the island's history (human and natural), it's geography and the night sky. The views were stunning (my camera was very busy!). The coach was comfortable and well-driven on some fairly unforgiving roads. We had wondered if nine hours would be too long, but the time flew by.
One piece of advice - if you take the trip (and you should!), take something warm to wear at night. It is cold up there, even with the blankets they provide!

A must see - Wonderful tour of Mount Teide during the night. Beautiful views of the early evening, sunset and night time stars, completed with seeing planets and stars through a telescope and star gazing.
Our guide Nico did an amazing job of not only educating of the island, but also so much about the stars and galaxy we live in. He was very inviting, funny and inclusive to everyone.
Also a shout out to our driver Oswaldo, who kept everyone safe around the tight and winding roads, and provided a smooth and pleasant journey for us all.
Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. Provided many stopping points, incredible views and a 3 course meal included in the price. They also provided blankets, tea and water for anyone who would like it.
Highlight of our holiday so far! Thank you!

Excellent Overall Experience. - Excellent Tour overall, the guide Dominic was excellent and very knowledgeable especially when it came to the stars and the constellations.
Firstly the trip went ahead, and was not cancelled at the last minute, as happened on previous occasions when I booked trips with rival operators Vulcano Teide, and Night Skies Tenerife, despite weather conditions not being poor. The new air conditioned coach turned up at the pickup point on time (in Playa de Las Americas), and was very comfortable. Our first stop was at cafe where you could sample the local liquor coffee called barraquito (highly recommended), we then stopped at 3 locations for photographs on our way up the mountain, the nature of the geology being well explained. We then traversed the high altitude plateau under the summit of Teide before going to the Papillon Restaurant for the evening meal consisting of pumpkin soup, breaded chicken (alternative vegetarian option available), and chocolate moose, beer and wine were also included. The meal was reasonable, although not particularly exiting.
We then drove to a location on the north side of the mountain, near the Mt Teide Solar Observatory to view the sunset, and had excellent views, somewhat disappointedly however they had cut out the Cava.
We then drove back to the Papillion for those requiring another comfort stop, before proceeding back to the plateau below Mt Teide for the Stargazing, where five Celestron C6 telescopes had been set up. The viewing location was not ideal, being in a car park at the side of the road, where the headlights of passing cars slightly spoiled the view. Nevertheless we had excellent views of the constellations which Dominic pointed out, plus the milky way, passing through the constellations of Cygnus, Aquila, and Sagittarius, the latter being the richest part, which is not readily visible from the UK, due to its low altitude. Through the telescopes we were able to view the Lagoon Nebula, the Eagle Nebula, and Saturn (the rings being almost edge on, so not as spectacular as normal). Personally I would have liked to spend a bit longer viewing (I think we had around 50 minutes), but appreciate that would not be to everybody's taste.
We then departed travelling back via a faster route, and arriving back in Playa de Las Americas before midnight.

Unique excursion with sunset and stargazing - We had a fantastic evening! Very entertaining with some stops but everywhere you had enough time to take photos. Our guide really spoke very good German and was very funny without being intrusive. The food in the restaurant was more than reasonable for the price and even the drinks were there! The highlight for us was stargazing and the telescopes set up. We would book the trip again anytime.

Must Do 5* Trip - Amanda and the rest of the team were amazing. From start to finish, made us feel so at ease. From booking confirmations, pick up confirmations, reminders etc. We were also made aware of what food would be served as part of our 3 course meal (Vegatable soup, breaded chicken with gravy, potatoes, and veg, and chocolate mousse). I honestly couldn’t recommend this trip enough. Amanda our tour guide was so passionate about everything cracking the odd joke here and there to keep us engaged and having a good time. We met lots of new people on this trip and had the most amazing time. We will definitely be back next time for more sunsets, suppers, and stars ✨

Tui: Teide by night - TUI: Teide by Night
One of the most enjoyable trips of our holiday. The Guide Jesper was informative and entertaining. The coach was comfortable and the driver was very experienced in taking those bends.
The trip well paced and planed. The mountain is stunning along with the sun set. The guides knowledge regarding the vegetation, volcanic matter etc . was really interesting and I loved telescope star gazing, it was so interesting.
There was a three course meal included and it was nice. The temperature does drop at night thought so ( if needed) blankets were provided. Would recommend this trip.

Excellent and informative trip - Really enjoy this trip. Our tour guide was really knowledgeable, funny and helpful. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to see more of the island and who is interested in geology, volcanos, or star gazing. Vegan dish in restaurant could do with improvement but excellent day out.

Worth seeing but long drawn - Very lengthy - it's really worth seeing and Alberto the bus driver was super just like amanda - she had a lot of knowledge and was also super likeable.
The stargazing was scarce - and the food !! Disaster 😀😀
So the tour we would recommend- but take some food with you 👍

Teide by Night - Generally good tour. Very interesting to see sunset over Mount Teide and see the stars later on through telescopes.
A three course meal with drinks was included. The first course of soup was delicious. The main course of chicken was extremely disappointing. A lot of people simply couldn’t eat it. The dessert of chocolate mousse was ok.
The wine quality was very poor.
The guide was very knowledgeable on all aspects of Tenerife and on the star constellations. His manner though was a bit flippant, brusque and mechanical.
